Solo tamed a 140. Used 3 high level Spinos. Let grab, swim feed, whistle stop, spino swims to surface and I tried not to die...

Its a buggy tame. We're lucky enough to have 2 mosas. Have your higher health mosa get grabbed using a regular saddle, platforms seem to bug him out. Have a partner feed the pearls. If it ever grabs your tame and you read it doesn't want to be tamed kill it. You can't fix the bug and you'll lose the held tame if you wait. You can always get more pearls. Your tames are irreplaceable.

When this creature eats it will produce oil to convert your oil into gasoline you have to put oil in the refining forge along with the oil

It's honestly best to kill them they are a pain to kill

These are VERY Glitchy, only take in open water away from rocks or map edge as you can easily lose your tame.

We lost two high lvl Mosa's with asc saddles because it picked them up (one at a time) and moved one beyond the map barrier and the other has disappeared into the ground somewhere. Definitely very buggy.

If we knew beforehand we'd have tried with turtles or at least kite to the open ocean.

It seems particularly bad when you aren't riding your Mosa (or Pleis I guess) and they get attacked by the squid. It seemed less glitchy when plain killing them, just don't dismount.

Best way to tame if u are playing alone or with a friend. Tame a shark quickly. Make a sadle and ride it into the jaws of death. Hop off when you are grabbed and quickslot 0 the 50 black pearls and charge carefully into its mouth (if u get to close it will leave your pet for you) then you have tamed a fellow squishy.

We breezing it so far, when you feed it, you just move mosa towards it, it will grab mosa, glitch you inside it and not hit you, then just bring turtle when you need it, ~ chupacabra

They are found in the new underwater caves, and in the deep ocean. Squids found in caves however, are untameable. PASSIVE TAME!!! 2 people are recommended for taming (one for feeding, one to distract it). It is possible with 1 person, but you'll have to have a creature with very high health.

Did this with a dunk at 8k health and 72 armor saddle. First time ever trying so I had a snow owl on raft above. Was really easy with no trap didnt even need owl.

Just forget taming this thing not worth the time

FOR MOBILE PLAYERS... To find one, you have to wear a SCUBA outfit and go around the south sea floor. Bring Carbonemys with high health to tame it. And some soothing balm... maybe...

Tame one on a ichy Me and my itchy swam into its face and tentacles but it did not attack me same with every other creature in the ocean

In ark I think there’s a glitch where you can feed the Tuso right near its eye.

For the creature that your feeding to it.. you gotta name it “Anime Girl” because if you do, then you get an instant 100% taming effectiveness and a 100% tame

I just use a mosa with 20k hp following a basilosaurus, when the mosa gets grabbed just swim towards the Tusos beak and feed it the black pearls, however make sure that you are away from rocks and walls otherwise the tips will let go too soon and you will be eaten

You have to have two people for this tame the first person has to have the megalodon the what tell the tusoteuthis graves it then the second person feed the tusoteuthis the black park's but I have tame the tusoteuthis it was a pain in the but 2 megalodon where killd

I don’t know if this is just me but when I tried to tame it all that showed was “doesn’t want to be tamed right now”. And I waited and waited but that still stayed on. I don’t know what to do so I’m going to tame a compy I guess

On mobile you can just wait for it to catch something and after feed it smoothing balm and black pearls
