For mobile:

On single player, search the bottom of the ocean. Tusos tend to spawn in open areas and one of the best spots on mobile is the oil field off the coast of herb island. Breed or tame high health tanks like mosas or basilos to tame. Recommend using 10x or 15x balms.

For servers, tusos can be even rarer because of the high demand for them. Search the entire ocean, surface and depths as creatures on servers tend to move around constantly (have seen and heard of tusos than come right up to shore). High health tanks recommended again and usage of balms highly recommended

For taming does damage you if you get off your mount up if you do take damage if you do down if you don’t when off mount

I literally tamed one while he was grabbing my plesiosaur

Just tamed a lvl 2 female Tuso with 3x SB and 50 black pearls. BEAUTIFUL purple head & green tentacles. Only did about 40 topor to my America Sweep (Plesiosaur), but did around 1k DMG out of 3k. Yikes.

In your mobile,just find a tusi and lure with your miss to your base and then take your soothing balm and 50 black pearls and then get on your tamed turtle and let the tuso grab the turtle and then feed it.

Knock out a tuso with tuso then when he wakes up tame

I tamed a mosa for the very specific reason of taming this bastard. Met one and almost shat my pants because it is so fast on mobile, at least. Do not engage without a plan to tame this bastard. Better get your scuba set and spare lazarus chowder, just in case the craplegs grab you too. Go fishing for black pearls, I am lucky enough for one to actually get a ton only by fishing and killing some ammonites ( exp grinder for my mosa). Trapping is not possible, and will follow you anywhere max speed, on mobile that is. These bastards have no invisible walls or whatnot, only go through every rock you know in hopes of trapping it, then here goes either taming or killing. Best thing to use is a ton of black pearls, and a soothing balm on mobile. Remember, don’t get caught or your dead meat, especially if near the world borders (as these bastards tend to spawn more near the border) and put some speed into your mosa. Plesiosaurs or mosas can outrun this thing, only problem if your stam ran out.

Just used turtle method for lvl 100 and my turtle did not die with 16,000 HP he was grabbed 3 times and survived.

Always find them on Crystal isles beach around 85.5 19.1

Get a decent carbonemys (turtle) swim upto it and it will grab you then dismount swim to it’s belly/face feed it. Then repeat. I usually use a few wild tamed turtles and let them die

They usually will stick to the bottom (that was my experience at least) so I recommend and Ichthyosaurus and two turtles on a boat. Use the itchy to lure all other creatures away, than use the turtles to distract it until you can tame it using black pearls, you have to swim up to its mouth to feed

Apparently in my single player game nothing attacks the ichysaurus, so i think I’ll be able to tame this monster out creature- when I find it- using that

Wait for the saddle because it’s kinda useless

Get A Carbonemys And Level It Up About 10 To 20 Times Or Until Its Hp Is Abovr 5k And Then Just Shove Black Pearl's Down The Squids Mouth

When I tried to tame one I requested my megaladon to me and when it grabbed my megaladon my mosasaur which I was on originally killed it.

On mobile/switch get a friend and 2 plesys then get a balm and 50 pearls your friend will be the decoy with his Dino that’s stats is for a tank feed it the balm when it is bulling your friend then the 50 pearls and 99% of the time it will tame in that one feed

A high health mosa works well. Make sure it's on passive and on follow.

The timer on tuso feeding times doesn’t not change to 7 and a half minutes when 2x is applied.
