Troodons are difficult to tame: trap one in a pen at night, then let it kill owned, unmounted creatures—preferably weakened or high-health young animals—to build taming progress. They have strong PvP utility, using pack attacks to incapacitate survivors, defend bases, and scout for nearby creatures or hidden enemies, though they offer limited PvE value and are challenging to raise. Avoid them when possible, especially at night or in packs; use light, bolas, ranged weapons, or a strong mount to escape, while carrying stimulants and protecting nearby tames.
Basically they are little terminators
You should really avoid these if you want to keep your FLAK armor.
Troodons are the most dangerous creatures in Ark for humans. At daytime, they can be seen alone, wile at night they stand together and their eyes glow. They can knock a human out in no time, making them even more dangerous. They drain your tames stamina really quick. However, they can be easily killed by ranged weapons.
