[You MUST have a mated pair of Spino's, level 200+ post tame/bred]. Make a small to medium sized taming pen. Lead or drop the Troodon in the pen. Breed your 2 high level Spino's. Time it so your fertilised egg hatches at night. Then place the baby Spino on neutral and drop it in the Troodon pen. Jump in the pen and sacrifice yourself next to your baby Spino. The Troodon will kill you first and then your baby Spino. Repeat for the opposite gender and never worry about taming them again.

When taming the troodon instead of feeding it dodos give it something bigger.But u have to knock it out and put it to low health so troodon can kill it.This method will put its taming bar up to about half way and I used this method and have a pack of at least 20 troodons in less than 3 days

Knock out one of your tamed Paracers and feed it that and finish the rest with Dodos

Feed it tames

They are really quick and when ive encountered them, they have been in packs of about 5 ish. Basically just a faster, larger compy.

You have to tame them at night and feed them creatures on neutral best way to do it:Baby rexes, baby wyverns, baby gigas or baby brontos

Tame an big tame and stand on top of said tame

If you play PVE, turn taming speed to 99. Then put berries into your last item slot and run into redwoods after a pegomosmax. Then sacrifice it to a troodon.

Have 2 high lvl gigas of the opposite gender. Breed them and hatch the baby’s in the pen if the baby’s are on nuteral if the Troodon kills one it tames

The biggest jerk in the ark kingdom. To add to the jerkiness of a wild troodon, you literally have to treat it like a cruel god in order to tame it. Screw this creature.

use high level moschops for taming, fairly cheap if you don't have access to things like wyverns.

You can knock out your tames for the troodon to kill

How to tame:

1. Look for one of these guys

2. Put it in a taming pen

3. Look for a wyvern egg

4. Hatch wyvern

5. Put baby wyvern in taming pen during night time

6. Enjoy your new troodon

The aggro on these guys is buggy so I have found feeding it babies to be a waste if time and mats. Trap it. Ride tame in on neutral. Hop off right before it dies. If using flyers do not pre damage them. The troodon bite drains stamina which will keep it from flying away when you jump off. Tame troodon 1 at a time.

Make a box of gates or foundations and on gate. Lure a troodon in and close the gate. Before step two you may need a bed so you can respawn if the troodon kills you. Wyvern babies are and instatame or you can use giga babies which are the next best thing but I cannot guarantee that it will instatame.

You must be willing to sacrifice a baby wyvern. If your server doesn't have a lot of night time, a lvl 140 wyvern should be enough to tame it during the day. You might want to use a shield

Babies tames don't work with trodoons. You need fully grown tames

You just found a use for those low level wyvrn eggs

Just tame like a billion dodos and just lead it into a room full of dodos and close the door
