Tame a pair of these little bastards with baby wyverns just put in a taming pen lower the wyverns health and stand on they wyvern and let it chomp on you breed thse guys amass an army of these and pegos and be the most feared purgers of the land

So not only are they a pain in the ass when wild but yet a pain to tame too, who's idea was it to have boethia as a dino? Sacrifice your own tames to these things and grab them for yourself, sacrifice at night IN A TAMING PEN and set your dino to aggressive or neutral passive WILL NOT tame troodons. Dodos are best bet as they're easily tamed but they give little tame effectiveness and add about as much to the bar as meat does to Rex's. Still, dodos have a very small chance to kill the troodon so stick 10 dodos in a pen of 3 level 10 troodon a and they SHOULD tame.

You may also kill them with 200 melee or more with a pike

When breeding them, feed them cooked meat until they are full grown. They have issues with starving, especially in the baby stage and often need to be forced fed. Cooked meat satiates less hunger, and they eat slightly more often, keeping them alive.

Was getting raided over night came back and saw my troodon pack was leveled up dramatically that's why my storage area is dark for the bonus

1. Hit with bola, 2. K.o 3. Transport with bird to cage, 4. bring tames in. This is verry easy with argy. Try to knock out close to base or close to tames.

The best way to tame these is to use c4 to blow up their other friends in the pack. This will result in a veitnam flashback every two minutes, an inability to move, but it's scouting ability for traps is better because of paranoia

Just stay clear of these guys...I still have nightmares of being knocked unconscious and ripped to peices...shudders..

Take a high lvl giga baby Put it in a cage and bring it down to like 10 health the drop a 150 troodon at night in. Instant tame very easy, if the troodon dont attack the giga go in with a shield n stand next to it

You should use a paracer,or weak bronto (like level 5-10) nothing like a bear titan or Rex/therizino

If your like me and hate losing your stuff to these night time pedofiles then you get your movement speed to 140 and you can out run them

Killed a few with my pterodon. Gotten extremely lucky a couple other times when they had me KO'd and other animals around me got triggered and took them out while they were eating me alive. Don't go anywhere near the ground when these things are around. If you are on the ground and you see one up close it's already too late. All you can do is watch it slowly kill you and hope for a glitch or another dino to come by and kill it before it kills you.

I absolutely hate this thing. This stupid dinosaur ruined the game, I can't even believe to think people would wanna take this thing, it's scum. I literally raged quit because of this "thing".

I first started out walking around when I see eyes and I was gone in one hit. If you see one just run because there tends to be more in bushes.

Make a trap in the redwoods with a ramp for them to go in or forced in. Hatch the egg right next to trap then hurt the baby Dino till it has little to no health then lead into trap. Does not always agro babies so bring a shield and jump in with the baby and camp the baby as the troodon will attack the player with an AOE thus killing the baby Dino.

They hunt in packs and they come out at night than they all start to come out of nowhere like gorilla warfare

Lure em into deep water making them swim, then kill them with a crossbow.

If anyone has tried taming one a lvl 42 + giga will only get you half tame u need a 100+ for a full tame not worth the time.
