The worst tame ever! Taming one is sacrificing your dinos! It not worth it unless you are taming ever creatures in ark.

Don't use wyvern to tame. They're worth a lot of xp but it won't attack a knocked out one and my weakened poison wyvern at 156 hp killed the level 140 troodon.

I'm pretty sure none of the people writing these posts have ever tamed a Troodon. I say this because none of them have mentioned some of the awesome scouting skills of the creature. With that said, here's some things you should know. I tamed a level 15 a few minutes ago. To do it in one shot I fed it a level 100 crystal waveren on neutral. First I took the health down to about 50. Im on a pve server so I used a combination of jumping off cliffs and a nearby wild animal. Then I went to the troodon. And got it agroed attacking the wavren (had a buddy help). I watched the wavrens health until the last second and dismounted and the final bite and kill tamed the troodon. You cannot be sitting on the sacrifice and it must be in neutral. Just a bit before I attempted a level 55 troodon with a level 224 wavren with only a 88% tamed. Before I could get another wavren out of cryo to finish the tamed it lost all 88%. Good Luck!

Dangerous although able to knock out with your fists if you have high damage then find a parasaur kill it then put alot of meat in its inventory and you will have the strongest dino ever in my server one time i was with my lvl 85 Raptor and i had my lvl 26 Troodon i rode on my Raptor and ordered my troodon to attack this lvl 52 Trike and he mopped it

Flak doesnt help, you need riot gear for help with torpor.

To tame a trooden you must knock out tamed trikes and hurt the trikes a lot and get the trooden to atack you and make it hit the trike by standing by it that way it hit will hit the trike and then it's taming will go up and you should get a lot of tamed trikes 78 mite do maybe aliter bit more or aliter bit less

Raising the setting for exp from killing specifically seems equivalent to raising the taming speed for practically any other Dino. I tamed a couple high 100+ Troodons using only two or three high level Dodos at an exp multiplayer of 3 with a kill multiplayer of 5, I would like to know if this is occurring for other people, a 120 trooping tamed to 156 with just 4 dodos, for me on single player, difficulty 1, at night, on single player settings. They have a feeding interval of 90 seconds. This means that if you fed them 2 animals (ex.dodos) all at once, the second wont count unless its killed after 90 seconds of the first one

Breed other dinos and feed it the baby. Do it at night as it will tame faster.

They are very dangoures so dont try to kill them when you are Low lvl and they are more dangoures on the night

On official server I had to add meat while tribemate remote fed or else the troodon died every time.

No matter what level u r what armor u have on a troodon will put u to sleep as quick as getting hit by rocky ????

Don't tranq it. They'll sleep until they starve to death.

These little shits will kill ypur while u are left on the ground watching as your passive rex dies then u ome nack to that u accidently tamed him

Omg! I had a army of compies raptord and rexs I came on the server and all I see are troodons attacking my army WINNING I'm like "...Lvl 100 compys rexs and raptors losing to 10 lvl 30 troodons?"????? Like srsly u need to get rid of these or tweak them down alot!!!!!!!!!!!

So I tried to take one have like 50 dodos ready but left them on neutral they attacked and all the dodos jumped it an killed it.
