If you want to escape these beasts, try to get on a rock while they’re on the side that they chase you from go on the opposite side and they will lose agro

Sparkpowder and stimberries to make stimulant and carry that in your hotbar at all times when walking on foot. In Ascended you can longer level movespeed so trying to escape is basically impossible. You gotta drink your coffee and hold your ground with a spear. Also be careful landing your Ptera in the forest with low stam, could get screwed by these guys.

I’ve never seen one but I’m still scared stiff if I find something that looks like it.

When you encounter a pack of them make sure your tames are following you , they make me sleep a lot and trying to kill me thanks to my giant hero turtles

For the love of God please stay away from these things no matter what level you are on. Doesn’t matter if you’re a veteran or a Bob, they WILL ruin your day. Stronger armor will make you more resistant to their torpor dealing but you still don’t wanna chance it. If they knock you out but don’t kill you, then you gotta watch out for the predators that will happily finish the job. When you see one nearby, you can be almost certain it has four friends lurking somewhere close. Best thing to do is to avoid altogether or fight them if you have a decent dino/mount.

Literally just watched a pack of probably six or more of these Hell beasts murder a lv. 75 paracer. Been playing this game for years and never saw something like that. Bricks have been shat. Then they came after me and my Argy. -15/10, they are evil and will kill everything if given the chance.

if you get caught without a mount early by these they will kill you. even if their ai bugs out for long enough for you to wake up, they’ll just immediately all hit you

Once u have got a troodon pump all the lvls into mele dmg so the torpidity dealt will be substantially increased. These are possibilities my favourite pvp Dino as you can raid anyones base pretty easily.

Hit it with a torch it will run from you up if you know

You can bola these little guys and then run or kill them with a bow

Oh and creatures work very well aswell because the biggest danger with them is that they knock you out and are very fast so you are already knocked out before you see them but decent creatures dont have that problem

Knowing that there’s even the slightest possibility that troodons could be added to ark mobile terrifies me

Bring a F*cking Bodyguard with you if you go out in the night

They are scared of torches. From my experiences, it doesn’t always work, you could have different results. Torches are very scary >:D. Or maybe it’s the light
