If ur going at night just always remember yo bring a high torpho dino(like for example an alpha carno with 1,500 torpho) and put them in a neutral state so if they attack u the dino will attack them. If it was helpful like

Currently, they can not be trapped in a pen to tame. They must be in an open area. You can lead them into a pen from an open area, but they become docile after a time if trapped inside for too long.

The best thing to do with this is to get a low level mosachop and tame it then find the level you want and drop it into a cage and then drop you tame inside the cage and let it attack it you will have to do this a couple of time s depending on the level of the if the creature

They are scared of light, Always have a Torch with you, since These little Devils can Knick you Out, regardless what Level you are or what Armour you wear

Be careful when roaming during the night since these guys get a speed boost but if you do encounter one try to make sure your near a tamed Dino that can protect you since troodons can only tranq humans and not Dino's if you don't have any tames then make sure you got some stims
