TLC guy here, I have a lot of time on my hands.

I have done the Pelagornis, Carnotaurus, the Diplodocus, and now the Troodon onto the list. Though this one super easy.

Changes to appearance and stats:

Probably slightly smaller, give it better ai so a wild one will attack from behind and that’s about it, probably more damage.

Taming:

Yeah just make it a knockout tame, the whole sacrifice thing will deter a lot of players from taming this thing. It’s a giant like the Carcharodontosaurus. It’s a smaller creature mainly use to knockout players.

Abilities:

I would it make a shoulder pet, which would allow you to use the scan ability on you.

This things main idea is to hunt players. So I would have it where you can throw it at a player, where it will cut out there throat. This doesn’t work if they are wearing armor like chitin or above or if they hit them before they land.

Another ability I would add is venom. This venom, would cause a hallucination where you see all the other creatures around you attacking you, if there aren’t any creatures around you it will just be troodons. This venom would also cause nonstop run till you get knocked out. Where you can find them with the scan ability. Tames would get affected by this venom, and they would just start running away and then get knocked out by it.

Overall I think that’s all that’s needed to make it something people would use, while not making it broken.

Real Fact: Troodons had the largest brain out of any dinosaur!

It’s silly and sad these guys are smart therefore they know that tames are friends but they keep killing them

I was knocking a bunch of them unconscious to open the door for the trap I'm using so I can feed them safely, however, they just died

Time: Late Cretaceous

Diet: Carnivore

Behavior: Nocturnally Aggressive

Bio: One of the most intelligent animals in the Arks, the Troodon is among the most aggressive, especially at night. During the day these small carnivores may seem harmless at first due to their curious nature, but they are HIGHLY territorial, similar to the Dilophosaurus, the Troodon is venomous however it lacks frills and can’t spit poison, rather its bite injects its prey with toxins, an urban legend states that after a pack kills a larger creature (like a human) the females burrow into the corpse’s stomach and lay their eggs in it and when they hatch the babies eat the body, however there is no proof of this behavior being displayed by any Troodon. Troodons can be tamed by being allowed to hunt, kill and eat a tribe’s tames and a pack of these can be used to take out tribes unprepared for attacks.
