This may not help to some players but having a baby wyvern around lvl 75 can tame up to lvl 150 troodon (night only). I recommend putting the baby wyv on attacking target and have a shield out and let the troodon hit you and the baby at the same time. Once they kill the baby, you should have tamed at least one, possibly more troodon. You need to be lucky to tame more than one from a single feeding.

For full taming effectiveness, sacrifice your 100% imprinted Giga to this thing...

Apparently can only be tamed at night (I'm not sure because I play on Xbox but this is just what I've heard)

For tame troodon use spino

Feed them with dino babys. That goes very fast.

Tame a low level paceritherium put it in pen knock it out then let the troodon eat it. It will tame quicker

Be careful with these guys. At night I was on my raptor collecting drops and exploring. Night fell and two pairs of yellows eyes popped up. I had to run back 3 TIMES to get my sweet lil raptor

Seen several comments that say there inly found in dungeons thats not true go to red woods

That moment at the night when you knew they are walking outside and you really need wood or food so you sneak to the first bush or tree. And then you finaly got the thing u need u see the red eyes.. then u know you are fcked up.. but when it knocks out me its run cirkles around me so i can wake up and then they knock me out again and that over and over and over...

Remember that this things weakness is a torch at night otherwise build a base as fast as you can and stay away from them at night

4: throw dodo at troodon

5: troodon eat dodo

If ur going at night just always remember yo bring a high torpho dino(like for example an alpha carno with 1,500 torpho) and put them in a neutral state so if they attack u the dino will attack them. If it was helpful like

If you are on mobile and you came from the troodon kibble. Go back right now they don’t exist on mobile.

You can also find these in Dungeons and in one of the event rooms. Recommended to bring stims but dont put in the last pocket in your hotbar or else the errie troodons will steal it....OOF

Easy tame for mobile players, just go up to it with ghille on and feed it a soothing and meat, although trap it first, also make sure it’s in the day time, or else
