If u have any animals at your base that u don't want and they are just their knock your Dino out and give it as a sacrifice to your troodon and he will lv u

Do not apeiacg as they have a large agro range. Takeout with bows or guns.

This is by far the most terrible way to tame a dino. U have to lose a lot of stuff u have worked for in the past for this 1 dino. They should make another way to tame it. I am not sacrificing my dinosaurs for this.

I had 3 Rexs between a 100 and a 108. Tamed pretty easy... I used them 1 at a time on aggressive but knocked them out with narcotic... Hope this helps...

Just tame a bunch of dodos and let a pack of troodies eat them for tame. It's honestly your best bet unless you wanna let them eat your favorites :)

130 dragon baby tames u a top lvl troodon, at night. Since they are the easiest babies to mantain the first few hours i suggest u choose trashy dragon babies as sacrifice.

When taming these guys it's not about the size of the animal you feed it. Its about the experience points it gets from killing it. So things like paracers ain't gonna do much cause they don't give much xp. But using wyverns, gigas, spinos, and rexs, will do the trick. But that sounds crazy to use wyverns and gigas but not if you use a baby. The official ark wiki says a 150 will need about 2000 xp to tame.

This may not help to some players but having a baby wyvern around lvl 75 can tame up to lvl 150 troodon (night only). I recommend putting the baby wyv on attacking target and have a shield out and let the troodon hit you and the baby at the same time. Once they kill the baby, you should have tamed at least one, possibly more troodon. You need to be lucky to tame more than one from a single feeding.

For full taming effectiveness, sacrifice your 100% imprinted Giga to this thing...

Apparently can only be tamed at night (I'm not sure because I play on Xbox but this is just what I've heard)

For tame troodon use spino

Feed them with dino babys. That goes very fast.

Tame a low level paceritherium put it in pen knock it out then let the troodon eat it. It will tame quicker

Seen several comments that say there inly found in dungeons thats not true go to red woods

I THINK they don't aggro in light areas (unless attacked) becuase on the island I was in aggro range of a pack and they could obviously see me. I was on a beach on day.
