Probably the single most useful tame in the early to mid game, and makes an excellent addition to any breeder’s egg layers late game. A 130+ wild tamed with berries and leveled with an even split into health, weight and damage can take on anything the island has to throw at you on land, barring Gigas, Titans and high level Alpha Rexes. This Dino alone will transition you from early game struggles to survive to absolute wrecking ball. The berry gathering capability and general tankiness make the Trike an essential early tame. Forget the dilos and raptors, take a high level Trike.

As much as I like the trike, I honestly don't think it's the best for early game simply because of the iguanodon. The iguanodon gathers berries well, infinite sprinting stamina, and a unique berry seeding ability. The trike still serves as a good raid dino though.

My trike was the second thing I tamed and I use it for everything. Since it tamed up at lvl99, I have killed 3 allos at the same time, a carnival or two, numerous troodons, raptors and dilos, a Rex, an alpha raptor and much much more. 10/10 for utility. Taming runs (mobility and defence), metal runs (anky defence), berry collecting, killing sprees, adventuring into new areas... anything is possible on a trike (ok except for defending from titans, gigas, possibly alpha rexes if they are high level and thyla attacks but you get the drift). I may not even replace it with my 115 spino that I have waiting for a saddle.

Trikes are amazing my time killed 5 other trikes and a theriznosaur without taking any more then 50 damage

The new charge that was introduced in the TLC update does not seem to affect small dinos like Dilos or Dodos with a stun. Does outstanding damage against wood walls/spikes, charge completely for max damage :)

If you want you can make a tribe called dodo caravans,these in the center carrying goods,while some more tames protecting you from all angles

If your starting a garden trike is a go to for any and all seeds. But I must warn you get the wheat seeds off fast they eat them faster and love them over berries. I got 6 wheat seeds and it ate 2 in last then 2 secs.

By far the best Tek Turret soaker, with veggie cakes i was able to soak 5tek turrets for 15 min straight. (Imprinting is important)

Very good starter mount. For ambitious new players, this is a good choice if players wish to skip taming a parasaur.

These are great berry gatherers, a great first tame from the saddle being lvl 15-20 and carry loads for when you want to build, move base , go and collect metal the ideas are near enough limitless... always get one no matter the lvl >50 is advised for low lvl players and in reality no player/tribe should be without one!

With it's knock back ability and relatively easier access to tame then most mid tier carnivores, Trikes can excel as base guards and can be the cornerstone in fighting off alpha raptors early to mid game. Level up health, dmg, and stamina.

I use mine to kill troodons my trike is unstoppable and kills every little threat be away that they are slow and and have shit stamina

If you haven't got one already I would strongly suggest you do, great little starter for early game players

One of the best early tames in the game. Gets most resources and is a good battle mount. They keep you fed and can help make narcotics in bulk! Tame on! Even if it's low level

Used for berry's or for sticks or just killing everything in your way

If you wondering which stats to invest in, I suggest health, stamina and melee damage.
