Probably a much-loved species amongst farmers, as they can gather incredibly absurd amounts of berries, seeds and occasionally carrots (particularly if you are gathering with one of these in The Footpaw Region you should gather a fair bit of carrots. Once I managed to claim multiple stacks of them), which increases when leveled in weight capacity fairly frequently. However, one should also make it an effort in buffing the health and stamina of these guys, as they are excellent at defending you and any other animals you may have tamed, and as for the stamina part, well, they eventually get tired after too much berry-gathering. Their basically able to fit any task that they may find themselves being asked of, however they are often overlooked in favor of the more-capable Stegos, of whom can pump in more weight capacity per level, allowing for a greater load in less time despite not being as fast since Stegos are unable to charge compared to the Trikes. Regardless both are excellent.

Don’t shoot em’. Like every single one of them will attack you in a 100 mile radius, they will throw your stuff to the sharks. Trust me. DONT. DO IT.

Useless, unless for leather (a little bit)

Doesn't have much meat as well, doesn't provide any special availability, and even if they does a great job to defend themselves, when not tamed, once they're, came defenseless...

Just help to carry things

Bronto is a bit more difficult to tame, but actually provide so much higher carrier ability...

If u need narcoberries for tranq arrows then u should tame it cus this harvests way more berries then ur hand

Up there weight and Stam and you are pretty much good

Very good for soaking. Takes about the same damage from turrets as a stego but it’s more consistent as the stego damage areas are weird. Also easier to tame and breed. Don’t suggest using them for soaking turrets that are high as you will be hit off.

When their head glows this is called a rivalry buff, it means large land based carnivores are nearby that trike. It is similiar to a mate boost but does not require a second trike.

Trikes can on shot wooden/thatch builds with there charge attack (floors may take a few shots because your running over them)

This is Not a great travel mount. Instead, tame one and keep it near your base to collect berries from bushes and clear tree's if you need to or need thatch.

Once you have one, don't be afraid to tame another far away from your base wherever your exploring and simply leave it there. Travelong on a trike takes a whole day just to do the southern coastline.

They are vital for making narcotics and other potions/mixes and rubs

Using the charge ability on mobile: the longer you let it scratch the ground before it charges the further it will go. Line up with lots of trees and bushes like in the jungle areas and you'll gather them all up as well.

after tamed upgrade into hp stamina and speed bc these stats are trash

If u want to make recipes with berries use this guys significantly great berry gathering just with the slap attack

Level up the triceratop's weight the most. It already walks fast enough between plants and its energy will regenerate. This will decrease the number of trips needed.

LOL I JUST TAME THIS TRIKE WHEN IM LVL 50, well I just use it as battlements or grind resources also so useful in battle dino when u charge trike nearby enemy the enemy he hit will get stun in several seconds. So use this dino even your are high lvl.

As much as I like the trike, I honestly don't think it's the best for early game simply because of the iguanodon. The iguanodon gathers berries well, infinite sprinting stamina, and a unique berry seeding ability. The trike still serves as a good raid dino though.

My trike was the second thing I tamed and I use it for everything. Since it tamed up at lvl99, I have killed 3 allos at the same time, a carnival or two, numerous troodons, raptors and dilos, a Rex, an alpha raptor and much much more. 10/10 for utility. Taming runs (mobility and defence), metal runs (anky defence), berry collecting, killing sprees, adventuring into new areas... anything is possible on a trike (ok except for defending from titans, gigas, possibly alpha rexes if they are high level and thyla attacks but you get the drift). I may not even replace it with my 115 spino that I have waiting for a saddle.

It's very strong smart and Damage hit

These guys are great for many reasons

1. Base protection (if you have enough of them)

2. Berry gathering

3.wood and thatch gathering

But don’t make a tame trap for these. You can usually outrun them while you are taking them. If for some reason you are not fast enough, you can just jump behind a tree. Another tip I have is putting most points into

1. Melee damage

2. Stamina

3. Weight

Those stats are preferable if you are planning on using your trike for gathering

The new charge that was introduced in the TLC update does not seem to affect small dinos like Dilos or Dodos with a stun. Does outstanding damage against wood walls/spikes, charge completely for max damage :)
