Taming the dinosaur and can it have a baby

Please don tf shoot it in the head, first time I tamed a trike I wasted like 30 tranq arrows shooting it in the head.

My bro and I walked around in circles slingshoting the trike till it fell it was about lvl 9 😐 but still we were like lvl 10 so??

So I was taming a 150 and it was stuck and then 2 losers destroyed the rock then I died and they took all my stuff but we killed both of them and destroyed there thatch base it was 3 stories and I destroyed it with my pachy charge. #sweet revenge 😈😈😈😈😈😈):(

Newbies! Get somewhere high, fire tranq arrows (about seven in my experience) and tame! Make sure to comb through your options if there’s multiple trikes: it may make the difference if one of them is more powerful and one of the wild trikes decides to take revenge on you for stealing their comrade.

Go on a high cliff and shoot it with slingshot but never shoot it with stone arrow and when it start running just hit it with club and feed him berries.

I tamed two when I was on level 8

It is easy to tame take a club then hit it in the but a couple times then make sure he doesn't hit you if you have a bed that's good you can respawn and get your items back and start hitting it again dont steal its egg otherwise

20 trikes will be on you

If you spawn in the footpaw region(Spawn region South zone 1 and the island is shaped like a giant raptor footprint)you can find these as well as paras and pachycephalosaurs stuck in trees and knock them out with a club or fists and the berries are common in the footpaw

All you have to do to take it is get a crossbow and shoot it 3 times with a tranq arrow boom

Ummm I literally walked up to one and started hitting it with my fists. It didn’t kill me and I now have a trike. I don’t know if it’s just me though so...

Just use mejo and narco berries

For a beginner tame, find a trike, climb up on a rock and fire slingshots down on it ( or a bow with tranq arrows if you have them), when it’s knocked out, give it some rockarrots or savoroots if you have them, if not, mejos shall serve you well, then craft a trike saddle and have fun. (They share loads of spawn areas with dodos,Dilophosaurs, carbonemys and the like, sorry for this tip being long)

So normally for me there passive but when one killed me when I never attacked it and I went to get my stuff and it kept killing me idk if this is normal but thought I would share

Find a high rock,mountain or stand on its back.Because,it can kill only enemies that in of them.Then use tranq arrow and prepare a hundred of berries and narcotics.And you get your first strong herbivore Dino.

When you see a level 2 trike make sure you have lots of berries and have a wooden club hit it on the tail lots of times make sure to not be in front of it or you will DIE it will start running away so start bashing it it will be unconscious put berries in their inventory and you will be good to go

Aim for the body of the trike not the head

Just trank it out and shoot it in the balls or legs if it’s charging at you. Ez knockout.

Do not hit it head itcwound do u anything hit it in the sides.they also like tintoberrys and it speeds up taming
