Chapter 9: Princess Of The Skies
I gripped the bow tighter, and drew the arrow back an inch further. Dasha slowly rearranged her stance so that the pike was over her shoulder, aimed between the eyes of our guest. Bob ran away from the door but didn’t look where he was going and bumped into one of Harvey’s chairs. Harvey began to stir.
“Um… I-I didn’t mean to startle you, but… I saw a house, and there was a porch, but I decided not to go in because you might want to kill me but I decided to sleep under the overhang with Ares aaaaaannd…” She looked at Dasha, then made eye contact with me. She brushed her hair over her ear, fastened a sling that was holding something on her back and took a step back, but she felt the death-cold steel of Raphiel’s, now Harvey’s, sword tap against the back of her head. Master growled at the pteranodon before it could do anything.
“Hell of a way to wake me little miss.” He looked at me and Dasha, then said: “Bob ran into me so I went round the side.” Right- we had 3 doors into the main room where we slept for the night. The main one, that this girl was at, and ones at the left and right that would lead into the leisure room, Harvey’s workshop and Ruby’s sewing place.
“I don’t mean any trouble, i-it was just a really really nice place to stay for the night because of… You know the big storm? And I-I was just…” I pointed my bow at the pteranodon, which seemed to take offense to me. I asked:
“What do you want? Not in a threatening way, but what do you need?” She relaxed a little and so did I. She fumbled around for a few seconds before saying
“I just want to find somewhere safe and to eat.” Dasha lowered her spear and looked at me. Harvey lowered the sword but not by much. Master sensed the peace and stopped growling. I suddenly realised how cold the freezing fog was.
“Come in. It’s freezing outside.” She, her pteranodon, Harvey and Master walked in. I quietly shut the door as the other two were still sleeping. I took one of the three chairs and sat down around the table. Harvey gave her one to sit on next to me and Bob was sat on the third. I could see her more clearly around the fire- she had shoulder-long light-brown hair, tanned skin and amber eyes. She had a sling that went over one shoulder and there were three small sacks attached to it. She wore some primitive clothes, mostly cloth but with a few patches of hide. She had wrapped her right hand in cloth as well so that that it gave slightly better grip, and she extended that hand over the fire. She embraced its warmth. “So… what’s your name?”
“My name?” she asked as her pteranodon perched itself in a corner, Master curiously watching it. “I-I’m Miranda.” She had a faint Australian accent. “That’s Ares. My dino-bird.”
“A pteranodon.” me and Dasha said at the same time. I knew about that one from before the whole ‘abduction thing’. She pulled off her sling and put the sacks of the table. Dasha and Harvey pointed their weapons at her. “What’s in the bag?” Dasha menacingly enquired. She narrowed her eyes.
“Don’t worry- I don’t have any weapons.” she proceded to open the first bag, stocked to the brim with berries of every colour. “Here- all are edible, but don’t eat the black and white ones- one makes you sleepy, one makes you thirsty but caffeinated.” Harvey took a handful of white ones and wolfed them down. Miranda gave him a nervous look and moved onto the next sack. As she opened it a waft of grilled fush filled the air. She took out a clay pot, removed the lid and showed us a third of a grilled and seasoned fish. “I traded with the Lock-Ness tribe for this. It’s lovely. It’s what I treat myself to if I need something to boost my mood.” She looked at it with adoring eyes, but put the lid back on and stuffed it back into the bag. The third sack was heavier, and jingled as she opened it. Inside were a few crystals, some refined metal, a telescope, a compass and a smooth, shiny black rock. “This is everything I’ve traded. Me and Ares usually fly around together, fishing, gathering and selling s-so we traded for a spyglass, some metal and this compass. Lots of people want crystals- they struggle cimbing the mountains but for me and Ares it’s a breeze.” She began to pack it all back onto her back. “The black rock is obsidian- really advanced groups love it. They say they make modern stuff with it, so they need loads. So if we see some, we grab it and sell it.” A thought suddenly struck me.
Bob had wondered over to Ares. Bob squarked at Ares. Ares squarked back but louder. Bob flapped his wings. Ares lifted one wing. Bob walked away looking defeated and offended. The start of a rivalry.
“Miranda… you said you wanted somewhere safe to stay, right?”
“Y-yeah…”
“Why not stay with us?” Harvey and Dasha shot me a confused and worried look. I ignored them. Bob squarked and shook his head at Ares. Master purred a little.

Chapter 4: Yours Is All That You Take
It was a few days or so, but we used that time to gain proper clothes and for me to heal. Turns out that those travellers we were scouting out were headed to another village, this one full of alchemists and those with odd beliefs. With the jewels and metals Jesse had left, we bought some brews to heal me and some decent clothes, as well as a buff that they dyed black with a streak o’ red exactly where my scar was so that I could cover my face. I looked like a proper cowboy I did. Beginning to use some of their slang too it seems. Huh.
Whatever that sword was made out of… It was like nothing I’d ever seen before. It glowed like a lightsaber and hurt more than bein’ kicked in the nuts. Now any man out there that knows that pain you should understand the severity and pain from that weapon. After I was healed up some more, I saddled up on Buck and rode off with Jesse and Winchester to rob someone. We didn’t have to ride too far outta town before we found the perfect person- riding a bear towing a cart full of unrefined crystals and metal chunks.
We started following them. We sped up a bit. He turned round, noticed us and sped up a bit. We sped up a bit more. He sped up quite a bit more. It carried on like that till we broke the tension and charged full speed at him, spooking the bear as they began to sprint as well- only we were faster. I pulled my bow out and drew an arrow, pointing it at his face.
“GIVE US YOUR VALUABLES!” I yelled in his face. Jesse circled round to the other side with his bow drawn as well and began shouting.
“PULL OVER.” He demanded. “DON’T MAKE ME LET LOOSE AN ARROW THROUGH YA THICK SKULL MISTER!” The shocked rider in all his flimsy clothes pulled to a stop, looking around for help and yet he found none. He looked as shocked as a karen in a 5-Star restaurant.
“Please-“ He began but Jesse cut him off.
“Off ya hop.”
“I’m just trying to-“
“Tell ya bear buddy to stand down, we ain’t looking to kill it ‘nless ya make us.” He whilstled his bear to calm down. Jesse kept his bow drawn to the man and told me to unload everything and onto our saddles, crystals first. He spoke to the man, asking stuff like “How’s ya day been going, ‘side from this o’ course?” and “Don’t worr-ey, we ain’t unreasonable. We’ll leave some.”
Once our saddle pouches had been stuffed full of crystals, we realised we couldn’t carry any more and wished the lad a fine day before ridin’ off. My first successful robbery. Now I’m done telling campfire tales cause my stomachs gonna kill me if I don’t eat somethin’ soon.

Chapter five. (First chapter is in griffin)
“It’s wonderful.” Helen said. Edward smiled. “Thank you, I built this all myself and I tamed the animals.” He said, leading her inside his cabin. “How did you tame them?” Helen asked. “Well, it’s a very delicate process…” He continued to talk about it while Helen listened and looked around the room. The room they were in was large. There was a ginarmous fireplace with two wooden chairs in front of it and a table. There was also a giant bear skin rug covering the flooring. “How did you get such a big bear?” Helen interrupted. “Oh well that is no ordinary bear, that is a DIRE bear. These bears are at least five times the size of a regular bear.” He said. “Wow!” Helen said. Racal squeaked. “I’m guessing you need a place to stay for tonight?” Edward asked. Helen nodded. “If you don’t mind.” She said. Edward smiled. “Not at all, not at all.”

Journal Entry # 1
Triceratops
I wake up on a strange island. Many strange creatures. Something with a weird head. My head is throbbing. Something with three horns and a hard frill. On its head. A seal-like creature called a moshops. Mother told me about here. The horn thing is a triceratops, and the weird head thin is a parasaur. A raptor comes and tries to eat me. I run away to a parasaur, thinking it will defend me. The parasaur ran my way once the raptor hit it and the raptor chased me again. I ran to a trike and it one-shotted it. It was so strong. Raptor blood is spattered all over me as the body flies a distance into the ocean. I decide to domesticate the trike. I find a piece of driftwood and some fiber. I make a campfire out of stones, wood, and little twigs. And flint. I burn the driftwood until I can bend it. Now, I tie the fiber onto the wood. I find these berries that put you to sleep. I mash them up with spoiled meat. I create arrows out of driftwood and some sharp rocks. I smear the poison on the arrow and put fiber around it. I get on a boulder and shoot the trike with all my arrows. The trike climbs my boulder but sleep gets the better of him and he falls. I put berries in his mouth and now he’s mine. Other trikes come, and I’ve used all my arrows I die, and my new trike dies. I watch from heaven.
Once I had a lvl 56 trike named goji that I absolutely loved. When I went grinding for organic polymer, Goji was there. When I stole a deinonychus egg, Goji was there. And unfortunately, when a lvl160 alpha carnotaurus broke into my base, Goji was there. He was able to fight many things but this carno was not one of them. I jumped on Goji and fought with my life but Goji got overworked and fell unconscious. I will never forget that day.
So I was riding around on a parasaur a raptor came and pounced at me and I died then my para died then my moschops died. And idiotic me decided there’s a trike here let’s knock it out with a slingshot I can bola it right?right? NOPE it killed my second para. But I was determined to knock it out with a slingshot so after a lot of blood sweat and tears ,like a lot of blood. I finally tamed it after 2HOURS. It wasn’t worth it , it jumped off a cliff into a max level raptor and died.
One day I was just riding my parasaur on the beach, i was on my way to show my friend my brand new armor. As i was riding i noticed an egg, i was curious which dino layed it. So i dismounted and saw it was a trike egg, i mounted my parasaur and left the egg there. Or i thought, i was hungry so i opened my inventory. I saw the egg sitting there, i realized i accidently picked up the egg. I closed my inventory and looked behind me, the trike was chasing me. I hid my parasaur behind a rock and knocked the trike out with my hands. It was a lvl 2 so it was prettig easy. My armor was strong so i did not die. It finally fell unconscious. I stuffend it full of mejoberries. After a while he was tamed. I named him Trooper. I made a saddle for Trooper and i rode him back to my base with my parasaur behind me. Trooper quickly leveled up. He is still protecting me to this day.
The story of Trooper
In my singleplayer world I encountered a triceratops. It killed my tek parasaur so of course I tamed it and named it "killedmyparasaur".
Well I had that trike for a very long time. She killed raptors and other dangerous dinosaurs on the island.. until one day I was coming back from a trip to gather resources (not too far from my base) and I was riding my trike! Well there was a lake we needed to swim across to reach my base. We were almost there and I wasn’t paying attention and she drowned!:( R.I.P killedmyparasaur
Ever since early on in the game, I had this trike. Her name is loyal. Now I am taming many more better dinos like theris and Kapros. I killed my carbonemys because she was slow and useless and it was time to set her free. However, I don’t know if I should put down my trike. She has been with me ever since early in the game… However she doesn’t do much damage and my raptors beat her to the kill. Up if I should keep her
I used to have a triceratops and we explored every where. We would always win our battles. One day I was walking along side him and put him on neutral and mad him stop so I could kill a pteranodon and when I came back a Sarco killed him. I was so sad I declared war on the sarcos and every time I see one I kill it. I know it seems extreme, but I loved that triceratops. R.I.P spike
