Get a primitive crossbow and 3 traq arrows and get on a rock and fire put berrys in and your good

Ok so I have a ton of these because I use this method. You get tranq arrows in a bow or crossbow. Probably about 10 to 20. You get on a rock nearby that they can’t hit you on then shoot it’s body when it starts to Ron I shoot it 1 or 2 more times

On the beach, you can easily take on of these with a slingshot and a big rock. Get on the big rock, shoot the Trike, Trike charges at rock, shoot trike more, feed berry, boom.

Cant believe nobody has mentioned how the trike takes basically 80% less projectile damage to the head. Best early tame to drain bullets like a god.

If you are going to get a stegosaurus don’t go for it just tame a trike it’s faster has more knock back more health and has and the charge ability refills the stamina of the trike.

When taming a triceratops stand on a rock tall enough so that it can’t get u and then shoot it with a sling shot, u can do this high or low level

If ur low level, but still have the saddle. Then you should totally tame these, because the trikes are the best at navigating the swamps. Also, I’m using the voice thing on my phone so it’s adding all the common sense. And stuff say stupidness. I added the common sense instead of the stupidness.

Best way to knock out a trike is to build a wooden house with walls all around and stand on top of it and make sure you have at least 20 tranq arrows then start shooting it until it goes unconscious then feed it mejo berry’s because they are the most affective out of all the berry’s if it’s about to wake up force feed it some narcoberrys or narcotic.

When gathering berries around the beach, keep an eye to your surrounding so that you don’t accidentally hit a trike. I got ragdolled across the river when 2 of them did a synchronized thrust

This thing has some crazy knock back it can kill alpha raptors easily and mid level alpha carnos

To easily tame a trike you can better use trank arrows or a slingshot. Go up to a high place the trike can't get and start shooting. The trike can't catch you so your save to stand still and shoot

You just need 15 tranquilizing arrows for a triceratops that has 400 to 600 Health 😁

Get as soon as you get tranq arrows, it's so useful. Can take out raptors, carnos, terror birds, sarcos, titanoboas, insects, all the things that kill noobs quickly. Just put lots into stamina, some into mele, and spam that attack button.

If you want to kill one of these things, say for hide, keratin, or meat, unlike Thanos, DON’T AIM FOR THE HEAD, it takes much less damage. If at all possible, try to strafe while shooting at it to get at its sides or get above it to hit its back

Definitely a tame to get in early or Midgame Lvl 30-60. if you still haven't got any good stuff or strong companions to protect yourself then you should probably get a triceratops. This thing is a beast. A tanky killing machine. I was able to dominate the whole island than I can't before. When I got this beast, it carried my in-game progress, I leveled up faster because I can kill everything except those Spinos and other Stronger dinos. Your survival rate is higher with this beast on Medium difficulty island. The areas like Swamps and at the Large trees is a no problem for you. If you get a high level Of this guy like 70-100, dominate everything you want. Put alotta points in health and melee and Mount this bad boy and spam attacks on the dangerous monsters you encounter on some areas, you'll be safe. (Avoid Spino, Dire bear, Alpha Dinos, Etc.) Lastly, Don't be confident to who you charging at. (Up for newbies to see.)

First go find a triceratops.

Find a good rock it can’t climb.

Jump on the rock.

Keep shooting it with tranq arrow or darts.

When knocked out pur in carno kibble a mejos.

Wait and feed it nartics then you got a triceratops.

He is still mean to meh ( he kills you if you hit him or take his egg )
