The Titanoboa cannot be knocked out, because it is immune to torpor effects—not simply because of poison—so clubs and slingshots will not work. Trap it safely, let it become unaggressive, then drop fertilized eggs from your own inventory nearby and wait for it to eat them until the taming is complete.
