Just found a 145 in the murder snow frozen lake that always has like 100 mammoths. Was taming a yuty I found and this thyla just meanders on over lol...a lvl 145.....I almost had a heart attack. I'm in fur and wyvern is on passive lol....it's still there somewhere...lurking...

I would make a trap then shoot the thylo out of the tree and thwn get a argentavis and pick it up and yet it into it cage

I was flying through the trees to get to the volcano and one of these jumped out of a tree and landed on my back and killed me and I couldn’t do anything about it.

Don’t even tame unless you can make a trap

What I would do is use a little dodo cause they will jump on the dodo and then you can just SHOOT them!

Stood on a rock and knocked it out with tranq arrows. No issues.

Tip: Starve tame it, use a bat to keep it unconscious and heal with owl when needed.

P.S once you put food on it you have to use narcotics/berries to keep it unconscious.

The regular bear trap does not work, however building a 2x2 stone foundation with door frames 2 high and ramps on one side does not let these guys out

Can climb up thick redwood teees and steep, vertical rocks. It can also pounce from the tree and pin small creatures and flyers to the ground, in a PVP server, tame one so if someone flys past you in the redwoods without paying attention, give them a heart attack by pinning their mount and knocking them to the ground.

Watch out in the redwoods or die.

Dude be afraid of the jungle with these idiots I was flyin all casual one pounced up and knocked me off my pteranodon if the fall didn’t kill me the thylacoleo would have.

My first encounter was terrifying. I saw it in the tree and was warned not to fly close. I didn’t. I kept my distance and it didn’t jump at me. I turned around, flying even further away and for some reason, it decided to do an Olympic jump to wrestle me off my argy and pin to the ground. It ignored me when I was flying closer to it the first time... be warned, they like a challenge.
