When you see one and can run, run. They have relatively small aggro range, so stay away because they have a torpor-based attack and will knock you out with it. Plus, they chase you FOREVER.

Be careful of the thorny dragons torpor it I 10-20 torpor for a single spike and it throws 3 at you.

The spines are kinda broken up close as they knock you out in 1 hit. Just use a goo tank mont to knock them and you will be fine
A good idea is to get a shield use it so you don't get Knocked out
