If you meet a therizinosaurus in the hidden lake, the best way to protect yourself is to get a ranged weapon and go on a rock and shoot it (make sure it is unbreakable)

Please be aware of these, they are more powerful than you think! I got a diplodocus to lvl 10 and got it to help me kill a lvl 2 therizino and then it killed both me and my diplo! Be careful

Surprisingly, their tickle attack (Right click,) can do torpor. I found this out by tickling a Carbonomys.

My first one got stuck on a rock, the theri is name claw bird thing and for me he has been my angel of death for any other animals that attack me.

I saw one when I first started and I thought, I’m gonna tame this guy. So I rode my only tame over, my parasaur over. I knocked it out and started taming with berries. It soon woke up and killed both me and my parasaur. I vowed to protect my base and tames from these. I soon tamed 20 raptors and kill every single one around me. But that wasn’t enough. I needed them to be destroyed. I went around and killed all of them. If only they would stay dead. Looks like I just have to kill hundreds more.

Theris are good for collecting fiber.

I’ve noticed that it can deal damage to stone structures, but only his C/peck attack deals damage and even then it’s a small amount of damage depending on level.

If it’s near your base, move base

If you see him get into high rock and it cant attack you unless..

I have a max level 73 or 78 movies and it does so much damage. It literally does over 600% it literally just if you put my thery up against the giga lv.five my thery would win.

Tip: use a wood trap if you don't have a stone trap (surprising if you're trying to tame one at that level) also shoot fast so he knocks out before he breaks the trap

If you level, it actually has decent weight.

On mobile I tamed a level 50 and leveled a few in weight, and now my Therizino friend now has over 500!

The thing is a beast! You use it for one of the boss fights ! Tame it in the start and level it up

U don't have to worry about level of your dinos during breeding in ark mobile. I was able to breed 2 level 215 theris to get a level 210 theri while on normal mode (max level:150). So I guess breeding on ark mobile does not work the same way as ark on PC otherwise it should have despawned.( This is only for Ark mobile players)

If you have your movement speed at 17 you can just about outrun it but you might get tired

If you are willing to have your own tickle chicken, make sure to do these steps:

1 make at least 5 stone gates

2 get the chicken inside

3 use narcotic arrows and shoot da chicken

4 Use exceptional or megalosaurus kibble to tame

5 wait about 10 mins for it to tame

6 WHAT EVER U DO DONT SLEEP (u will loose your chickens tame progress and chicken will try and kill you)

Really high rock, two crossbows, about 120 arrows. They have this juke where they pretend to run away and the moment you hop down to chase they will come running back to attack. Would recommend high movement.

Sit on the back of a high level thyla and lazer it with tanks or shocking tanks trust me this is the easiest way to knock these monsters out
