Unless you have a strong Dino not a raptor to all of you new peeps, you should run they are strong and they may be fluffy don’t let the tickle chickens.

If you find this thing as a beginner and it goes after you RUN AS FAST AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN BEFORE IT KILLS YOU AND ANY OF YOUR TAMES. Otherwise tame it with a gun's tranq bullets so it will be knocked out before it slices your heart out. If you want to kill it I think you should just get a trike army (more than three) or any more powerful dinos. You can also shoot it (go for its back) but I dont recommend it. If you can kill it with a dodo I would consider it a god dodo.

Decided to try taming.... I flew to high rock on my pteranodon whoosh got off hit it with tranq he climbed the rock killed whoosh hit me I was at a quarter health and I ran away with my life and it chased my across river after river until we were at my base where my spino killed it.

Claims chitin/fiber gather with swipe down but I only gather hide...

Secondary- organic polimer is not mentioned much

Their weight holds them back as they are ridiculous at harvesting

Both secondary and swipe down apply small torpor

When you see these. RUN LIKE HELL AND DON'T LOOK BACK.

Use a large bear trap to get it stuck and just start spamming those arrows, these guys are great at damaging threats and can get you wood and thatch for building

I was killing alpha raptors with my 150 Rex and was leveling it up and out of no where the monster started attacking I tried fight back but I had to run I ran until I ran out of stamina and choose to fight I barely won but my Rex had 1k health left (out of 15k) and it was only lvl 80

Best tame ever for fiber, wood, rare flower, seeds, meat, hide & chitin. They're great fighters too, capable of bringing down a T-Rex. I highly recommend making this dino a priority tame.

Stupid bird when I wanted to tame one he just disappear

For example you are taming theri on red obli island bring theri to the beach and stand on the stone platform above knock it and then put some narcotics balm and berries or rock carrot etc,.You have a theri now

the aggro range short as hell, but goddamn the "you have entered a dangerous area" jumpscare

These things are way to over powder and I wish I could get one

Just tamed on today, got on top of my stone house and shot it, it eventually fell asleep then the hard part happened I took out a moschops and was gathering narcos and make norcotics I did that for like 2 hours and now I have one tomorrow it will probably be gone cause my tribe mates are stupid. Up if you think I should get another.

The easiest way to tame the therizinosaurus is to place 2 wooden floor traps down right beside each other the shoot him with tranq hide behind it he won't be able to break it just keep tranqing him and he'll get unconscious and then feed him berries and then you'll get the tame

If you see that killer turkey run away or get a tanky tame or that turkey will obliterate you just hide behind any carnivore

It will divert its attention

How to tame at level 31

get a large bear trap and 4 wood billboards

Place 3 wood billboards adjacent but turn them 90 degrees for each bill board like a unfinished box and place the bear trap at the far side of the trap from the opening and lead the theri into the bear trap and then place a billboard behind them and shoot em a bunch

Climb on a huge stone near it and use tranq arrows

Lol one therizinosaurus looks exactly like a peacock, LITERALLY just tamed it and it’s absolutely beautiful 🤩. Green back, blue main body color, and white underside. AAAAAHAHA. And the real tip, these guys are ultimate wood collectors and powerful powerhouses on high level. They can defeat alpha raptors if strong enough with the level recommended 30-40, unless if you guys used it on melee damage and health then probably lower, recommended on the TRAPPING way with stone structures (2 by 2 foundation, 2 walls high that surrounds the foundation , 4 wood ramps on one side for it to get trapped, and make sure to add a single door doorway on the bottom of one side for you to escape. I guess you can have any tame with you on passive near you but not to close to you, and put EVERYTHING in the tame and put your tame tall rock or cliff (make sure it’s safe!!) so you don’t have to retrieve your stuff in case it kills you trying to lead it in the trap. After trapping in any strategy to get it in, whistle your tame to you get your tranqs and start taking it out! I think you know what to do after it’s knocked out. Good luck on taming this dangerous chicken!
