Chapter I (Narrator: Jonathin Marus) Revival

I nodded at the Raptor, but I now knew his name,

The Grim Raptor.

I jumped through the portal, happy to return. Except…I heard screaming, madness, death. My best friend, who had died years previously from a ballista bolt, reappeared, screaming with pain. He still had the wounds, but his body was rigid, rotting, and oddly gray. Suddenly, all in the world went blind. I saw a bright white wall, at the top a pure black argent……….I had sight, but not normal sight, cloudy, as if returning into warmth after being in a snowstorm.

Was that—no, it couldn’t be. My old argent who had been slain, Shadow. He screamed, but a normal hawk scream…not an Argent’s. Back on Earth…at last, after years.

Currently taming one of these. my friends are going to be psyched! we’ve wanted one of these from the first day we saw one. She’s going to guard our army of dodos, hehe.

So I’m new on the ark and here’s a horrifying story of when I was attacked by a “terror bird”:once I was building a thatch base and I saw the glorious glow of a supply drop coming down, but wait the colour of the glow was different! So I grabbed my gear and set out to get the supply drop. When I was near the drop I saw a destroyed wood base so I took a look inside. The chests were still there and full of goods to my surprise, there was no bed and only one wall was destroyed. I realised it must of been recent. And I knew that whatever tf destroyed that guys base must of been an animal, a vicious and scary one. Chills went down my spine. Suddenly when I was about to enter the glow of the supply drop I heard a weird noise, one that I’d never heard before. I just looked at the drop and saw that I had to be lvl 35 to open it (which I wasn’t) when something powerful hit me from behind. I didn’t know what it was but I did insane damage, I made my stupid looking guy run for his life. Then I stopped! I was out of stamina. So I thought I was safe and turned around... when I looked behind me I saw the most weirdest, scariest thing I could possibly see and encounter on ark considering I was low level. Right behind me there was i massive dodo with its mouth open revealing its sharp, big and scary teeth. I tried to run but again I was out of stamina. And it was there I met my death.

Turns out in the end the terror bird got distracted and I took that chance to get my stuff back. So happily ever after I guess. For now anyway MUHAHAHAH.

So I had just started off in Scorched Earth, and I had a small camp, just a tent with a fire. My first time was a Terror Bird that I named Terry. He was a good fella, had him for a day. Then along came a Titanoboa, which killed and ate Terry right in front of me, then got me next! I hate Scorched Earth with a burning passion for that little incident. I miss Terry... We never got to ride together into the sunset...

I just tamed a level 138 terror bird. It started like a normal day....

I was out with my lvl 89 terror bird named KFC (got it from the name ideas) and I found a spinosaurus I wanted to tame. So I went back home and found a lvl 88 terror bird after I knocked it out it said +50 lvl. So that’s how I got KFC. If your looking for terror birds, I recommend looking around the redwoods.

The first time I visited the redwoods, and I immediately hated it

Why?

They killed my frog.

They ganged my Argentavis.

Right in front my face, my precious otter I had since I was level 9, torn apart in my face. These merciless psychos left me to terrorize my precious little otter and defecated on it. They then tore me apart.

One day, I will cause your pathetic little species to go extinct. Every single last one. I will not stop until the redwoods is clear of terror birds.

Went off on a trip, come back to see my tames scattered. and there it is. my terror bird stuck in a rock. i called him steve.

One day I was wandering through redwood til I fell from a rock. One of these little overgrown dodos tried to attack me, and I started to crossbow it til I realized I had a rifle 😂. I one shot blasted this kfc dodo and sent it too it’s maker and that was that. I hope you enjoyed this story 🙂

I know this is not a tip but i think they should be called rapdo because there fast like a raptor and looks like a dodo

I was on my first long journey with pteradon.I was resting in night suddenly two sabartooth came and when running from them it came ,sabars left behind but this was chasing me everywhere I go in dark,it make me run the whole night but got killed in morning, hopefully my pteradon lived this.

It's a real terror 😥😥,when it finds you (cause you don't find it,it finds you) just run or get killed.

I found one of these after it got me.

Went searching for one of these in the redwoods to kill for the pursuit. Fell off my pteranodon like 200 meters in the air, died and lost all my stuff. Couldn’t find the bag when I went back on another pteranodon to grab it, but I did find my first pteranodon. Lost my rifle and like 40 bullets, my sword, 30 tranq arrows and my crossbow, my “armor” (clothes), 2 picks and a hatchet that I carried on me for some reason. Never killed the terror dodo but I found a mountain that argi’s spawn at (like 3-4 there) so I guess it wasn’t all bad, but still pretty damn bad. Safe to say I’m not going back for awhile, very traumatic experience.

I was walking through the forest when I see a RAPTOR running for their life from this thing!!! If you see these run unless you have some distance and a ranged weapon.

I was at the red woods with my level 19 spino and was on a journey to tame a gallilimus but a flock of them came by almost killed me like 4 of them I was gonna try to find some terror birds but instead thy found me

Once I was in full tek armor flying around the redwoods looking for some new dinos to tame when I found a Rex so I went down to tame and a group of 5 terror birds came out of nowhere and destroyed me.
