While sitting in the back seat of this thing you can shoot that Meeks it easy to tame many flying creatures including quetzuel

i used to be a huge stan for tapejaras (since i can just latch onto a tree/cliff and tame everything) but theyre not that fast and i resorted to reviving and taming.

Ultimate taming flier if a cliff go first on it it can clip to walls and on pc rider wepeons on mobile go to front seat whistle target on what you want to tame

If your on the ground and close enough to a small enough creature and you press attack it will swallow it whole. It doesn’t show tho. -Rosy (PS I’ve improved a ton lol. Screw the pachy )

Use this thing to knock your quetzals and whatever else. You can have a rider on the back with a longneck and tranq darts and tame whatever the hell you want. Very good game for getting other flyers.

It's the attack helicopter of ARK. It can carry two additional passengers, and it can fly backwards as well as strafe. Probably the easiest bird to fly in combat.

If you do manage to trap it and tame it, bring your dinos home one by one so you can have practice flying the tapejara they are weirder to fly then pteranodon

They also can hit and attack when on land.

So long story short you can shoot from theyr backs but you have to land on the side of a cliff yes he can that too anyways then you can shoot from theyr backs easy way to tame them: eat rare flower on the back of tanky dino (make sure no danhers are around) bring many bolas with you cause he will be hard to hit or you hit him when he is coming towards you then just shoot at his head

Who ever said to solo tame a quetzal with this was cruel. I tried to switch seats midair and fell to my death :(

Got a max lvl one went out getting xp tried killing a rex lvl 449 killed it

If you sit in a different seat on the saddle without a tribe mate flying it and your too close to the while shooting your tapejara will fly to the ground stay high and don't die

Not a good fighter as pteranodon but you can freaking dodge barrel rolls with these, so maneuverable. You can go sideways and backwards and stuff. These things are like Attack helicopters

Great for taming a quetzal if u have a rider on the back with tranq darts/arrows u can follow the quetzal and have the guy on the back shoot it until it's knocked out

Once you get a tek saddle, Tapejara shoots plasma.

So for some reason when I go try to land on a rock the tapejara falls down

Tapejara’s can fly backwards, left, and right without you having to turn your camera. Shifting also works when flying backwards on one.

This guy is great just bola him and tranq then when u take home he can hang upside down and he can fly like a helicopter. Pretty great just put all points into movement speed and stamina!
