This is just a really terrifying encounter I had with one of these. So I was out exploring with my pteranodon to try to find an argie to tame but I was running out of energy and ended up on a piece of ice in the Arctic zone but I didn’t think I was in danger because I never saw anything dangerous there but then I saw something in the water, something that I had trouble recognizing because it was night, then I realized it was the sail of a spino and took off immediately but it was too late the spino already saw me and I was high up but this thing was still able to reach me and then I fell out of the sky to see my pteranodon’s dead body crumble up in the river. Always take note of your surroundings when you need to get energy with a flyer because you’ll never know what is waiting for you on the ground

The Extinction

Prologue

(note: this is a bit of an au, straying away from the ARK extinction storyline)

White-tipped waves lapped the shore softly. A man looked out at the vast, never-ending ocean. The tough, icy breeze almost swept him off his feet. It was insufferably cold; he had no idea how anyone could possibly survive in this weather. Then again, other tribes thought about his homeland that way. Fair enough.

He clutched a net, containing five large eggs; Managarmr, spinosaur, glowtail, crystal wyvern, and deinonychus. It had been a pain to tame two managarmrs and breed them, he admitted. Hopefully they would pay what they promised: thousands of ingots, giga eggs, wyvern eggs, and of course, a griffin. Now that may not seem like a fair trade, but those are normal, wild-caught ones. The eggs that he has are mutated, powerful, and captive-bred. He even threw in a few extraordinary colors. As long as he got that male griffin.

The man reached into his quetzal's pouch, retrieving another bag to put the ingots in. He attached it to the side of the quetzal, so he could haul it in and let the quetzal do the rest.

He heard equus approaching from the trees, at first distant but gaining in volume. Three large equus burst from the bushes, skidding to a halt. The riders were huge, muscular people. Two of them were men, but the lead was a female. They all wore thick fur pelts. The woman gracefully dismounted her equus and strode over, the men following. They all were carrying a bag, dropping it at the man's feet. Soon they handed him the eggs, and the man gave them his own. The trio took the net without speaking and left as fast as they came.

The man and his quetzal, now alone, left as well. The quetzal launched into the air, now slightly encumbered, and flew south, relieved to get out of this place.

I was trying to tame a spino I brought it to my bast on the ground and on a Mountaini was shooting it ran in to my build it was not completed it was a ramp it got stuck I knocked it out and I tamed it and I am level 42 🙀🤗🙂

Good morning it was a pretty shiny day there was a para named Sarah in the horizon. A giant turtle named Squirtle. A trike named Mike. and a Rex named tex. but then the herbivore started running. A brontosaurus was running down the beach. No one knew what it was running from until… they saw the infamous sale only one creature could have a sale that big. it was a spinosaurus. The largest carnivore to ever live. when the player of the world looked at the health of the brontosaurus he was an astonished! it was only 107 out of 2065! then they saw a lump in the water. it was a dead giga. The spino came out of the water. was amazing. Terrifying. Tex the Rex was scared for his life! The spino was only a few feet away from him he ended up going Agro on it but the spinal was near water, and it had the advantage the rest of the eventually died. all the other creatures started running, but yet they all died The player managed to survive, barely with only five health remaining. Brontosaurus ended up dying. Spinosaurus was level 325. It was an alpha too. It’s no wonder everything on the beach died. The player died.

One day i was in my tek bace when 2 spinos ( red and white and blue black ish ) came to my bace so i grabbed my shotgun reddy to kill them when i saw that they where tamed than the guy came up and asked me if i could use them i ofc instantley sed yes he told me that he was quitting ark so we went to his also tek bace where he gave me all the stuf now i own 2 baces i made a dino bace out of it the guy was online 2 days ago and he had tamed a griffin somehow not knowing it was a royal griffin and agayn gave it to me idk why but it somhow was one of my best flyers im rly happy thanks for reading!!!!

The Spino Story: Chapter 2, the Green Obelisk.

Traveling wasn't the best for the male spino, he never wandered too too far from his home. But a female was with so, maybe it would not be bad. After all, maybe he could find a better base. He wandered for a long time, when they reached a river in redwoods. The female shook her head, and recommended another far away place. A green glowing obelisk in the distance. She said there would be a ton of fish. The male took some bites at the fish, then left with her. When they arrived, they decided to make their home inside of the green obelisk. The next morning, the female let out a loud roar, signaling danger. There was a black and red rex. The rex fought hard, but it was a sucess. Though the male was critically injured. The female intended to put herbs on his leg, to soothe the male. They called the black and red rex the devil. They left the rex's body out to be eaten by raptors, compies, and dilophosauruses.

CHAPTER 3: A new home? Coming soon!

A spinos life part 3.it had been three days you still had not found your tan blob friend you said:really…hot….need…water but you where in luck you came across a river which looked peaceful you took a dive in but felt little painful stings…so you looked under the water to see piranhas ripping tiny bits of skin off of you so you did what most spinos do…KILL THEM!!! You picked them up and swallowed them whole one by one until there was no more so you started walking away but there was more…it had been 2 weeks now since the piranha incident and you still had not found the tan blob but you looked around and saw a rex you went over to it…it roared at you and attacked so you started to run…and run…and run…and run finally you came to this little village and some tan blobs saw you and said:do not enter the tribe of the evil ark lord and you roared which blew a few guys into there stone wall which killed them then more tan blobs came and fired tranq arrows at you and everything went dark…you woke up a few hours later in a metal cage and saw somebody saying something to you:oh foolish spinosaur you fell right into my trap but you said:no my tan blob will come for me he loves me but he said:no spinosaur because guess what…I am your tan blob (maniacal laughter).up if you want more of spinos life also check out the adventure of ark that I wrote (in stories new category in the rex section)by:dinodude8

I have a spino with a very simple name: spiney. One day I decided hmm I want to go kill the allosaurus that keeps on eating my other base. It was really annoying cuz I kept on building that thing ant then he just broke it again in the process. Btw I was noob at that time so it was like thatch or something. So then I took my spiney who had no saddle cuz I was too low level and it spiney ate him! I was very proud of spiney. Then another came that was its mate but I did not even no it had one so itkilled spiney cuz he was low health from allosaurus. :(

This story is pretty sad. So me and my friend were scouting with our dinos. (I was using my rex lvl 56 called Fizz and my friend was using her spino lvl 63 called Singapore) So... Se saw two alpha raptor and thought: " We can take those down easilly." (Alpha raptors were lvl 12 and 4) And then se started. Se were doing fine until both of then were after me. My Rex had only 40% of its hp left so I asked my friend to take them for a while. BUT then she started saying that she needed help and I looked Singapore's healthbar. It had only like 10% health left. So she started running away. But it was too late. Singapore died and my friend tried to kill The raptor with a pike. And ofc did not make it. I barely killed that lvl 4 alpha with my rex and started running away as The other raptor was eating Singapore's corpse. (Btw me and my brother killed that raptor with our Yuturannus and Allosaurus) But that was The story of SINGAPORE The Spino. Rest in Peace soldier.

I was so close to taming my first spino but a megalodon ate it😐

One is near my thacth it killed me I thought fine my second little phomia was near it i don't no ware to go it's like a boarder god please help me

So this is the story of how I met Rexy, my OP Spino.

It all started on a fine day. But then, a WATERMELON SPINO CAME IN TO PLAY. I had to evacuate an leave my home, forgot my dodos left alone. Went round' a corner to evacuate to the sea, suprising to be... ANOTHER SPINO. It attacked and attacked, the terrorizer of that.

Made another base, by the north's face. Decided to come back one day, tame that spino or put it at bay. Tranqed out, spino didn't even torpor run. Close call, 200.8 torpor. Fed bio toxin, but ran out. Found holy cnidarias, and sacrificed them. Spino tamed. I was so happy. I hugged it with glee, and named it REXY. Rexy killed the watermelon🍉 spino, and my dodos rested in peace. Now she is lvl 61, how fun! Killing paracers gives so much. Colored her pink💗, who knew she was a princess! Now she destroys all in her way, a terror but not in dismay. Never died, but can kill allos. Who knows when her time will come. Planning on backup spino, just in case. She will always stay with me.❤️. (Before I tamed OP Rexy, I actually tried to kill her. She ran, and I felt like it was wrong. So I decided to spare her. Then one day, I decided to tame her. She didn't torpor run for some reason, so she just knocked anyway. When I tamed her, I was so careful. Didn't wan't to lose her.)

One Day, I was out on my spino, Hades getting exp for my other spino, Zeus. We were walking peacefully on the beaches of Fjordur, as I walked with Zeus to find anything to kill. We were still walking after killing a carno, when suddenly I heard a rumbling noise. I looked around, panicked, and saw a level 98 Basilisk rising from the ground. Zeus was only level 70, and I knew he wouldn't stand a chance, so I hopped on him and began running back to Hades, who was level 119. While all this was going down, i accidently dismounted, the basilisk then attacked me, nearly one shotting me, but Zeus defended me with everything he had. The battle was only a minute or 2, but it felt like forever as I ran to Hades. Once me and Hades arrived, I saw it. The gut wrenching "You level 70 Zeus was killed by a basilisk." I was enraged, as I ran to the basilisk on Hades' back, and killed it in one shot. If it wasn't for Zues defending me, I would've died. I will forever remember you Zeus. Thank you for your bravery.
