So for those of you that don't know the lore, manas are in fact mutated rock drakes that escaped the sunken forest after the arks returned to earth. Now this has lead me to consider the possibility that snow owls might actually be mutated Argentavis. However I have no explorer note documents to prove my theory.
Sad story
I had a snow owl he did not have a name but he was my friend we whent steal wyvern eggs and when I was going home I saw a level 135 giga so I was taming it but I left my owl on passive and a Sabertooth killed him when the giga tamed I immediately had the giga kill the Sabertooth

Chapter 1
The Chicks
~ The sun rosed upon the horizon ~ -hard wings beated against the air,Two snow owls-“night frost we have to get back to the nest the chicks need food”-a pure white owl with blueish grey tuft on her head spoke worrisome-“i know yuki just a bit longer ok”-a black male owl with white on his wings responded while looking for prey-“i know frost but..the chicks im worried a argentivas mightve eaten them or or..”-the white owl started freaking out-“yuki its gonna be ok,the nest is well hidden ok”-night frost spotted a oviraptor-“yuki look a ovi cmon”-he dived down towards the oviraptor-“frost!wait up!”-she barrel rolled down to her mate-“alright stealth attack?because theyre fast ok”-frost nodded to yuki,she nodded back-“alright 3..2..1 go!”-frost flew up and grabbed the ovi it barely escaped his talons so yuki went to grab it,she successfully got it-“nice try frost”-she laughed then threw it to her mate-“we always make a good team”-he caught the ovi,frost was half blind from birth so he always had some trouble hunting-“we have to get back home now”-she flapped faster because she was worried-“yuki wait up!”-frost knew when it came to her chicks she would fly faster anytime of the day for them,but she always worried one of theyre eggs didnt hatch yet frost thought it was dead and they should just throw it out but yuki wasnt gonna give up- ~ they made it home ~”hello tek and juniper”-yuki greeted them nicely-“hey kids how are yall?”-in a less mannered way,frost also greeted them-“im doing amazing dad!”-juniper flapper her little wings,she looked blueish grey like the tuft on her moms head,with a little white in her wings-“im good dad thank you for asking”-Tek had little blue speckles all over him,hes also part blind like his dad-“dad why are we keeping the 3rd egg?”-juniper asked curiously-“”well because your mother hasnt given up hope yet,and she thinks that it’ll hatch”-juniper looked at yuki,disappointed almost-“well..thats stupid it hasnt hatched yet and were 2 weeks old”-she pecked at the lifeless looked egg-“juniper do not say that. That is rude and disgraceful, we’ve taught you better”-frost looked at her with fury in his eyes-“i-im sorry dad..”-juniper looked at her dad with sorrow-“don’t apologize to me juniper. Apologize to your mother.”-juniper looked at her mother,and apologized-“im sorry mom..”-yuki looked at her with a slight glare-“i accept your apology next time please dont be that rude,it hurts ok”-yuki patted juniper on the head-“yes ma’am!”-she went over to her brother-“guys! I see a argentavis down there!”-Tek shreeched-“everyone stay low!we gotta take care of this.”-yuki and frost dived down to the argentavis,yuki grabbed the argens wing,frost scratched its back,the argen bit yukis wing knocking her from the sky-“FROST!!HELP!”-she yelled for frost-“yuki..”-fury filled him,he spin around to the argens stomach and smashed it to the ground-“you do not ever mess with the snow owls”-he kapt his head down-“you hear me.NEVER.”-the argen spoke-“i..didnt..want..too attack..”-the argen passed-“lies..”-frost muttered-“yuki are you ok!”-he picked up his mate-“mom dad! The 3rd egg is hatching!!”-juniper yelled down to them-“were coming!”-yuki got up,she bolted to theyre nest,frost followed-“he’s beautiful!”-yuki patted the chicks head,the chick was pitch black he had a white specks on his wings,and a grey blue star on his forehead-“i shall name him rocket..rocket the snow owl”-yuki sounded delighted-“i love the name hun”-rocket opened his eyes,he had pure blue eyes-“wow..his eyes are bluer then mine!!”-juniper was amazed-“what is this place?”-rocket asked looking around clueless-

Always loved these guys for such a small rideable tame they pack a serious punch, i was just lookin on here about a ferox n somone said there the fastest tame in game i bet that person they dont know the trick with snow owls, snow owls have a dive domb attack but if you pull up slightly before impact instead it will hit the gound running at roughly 3x the speed it flysand if you time it right you can take of and fly again while still maintaing this speed i dont kniw if its an exploit vut this trick stacks the most i ever managed was 4 of these sprints before you litterally move so fast you cant see anything, so were talking like 12x speed i cleared the Ragnarok map edge to edge in about 15 to 17 seconds and the major kicker is this same trick works with maewings i made it with a lvl 60 maewing mind you from fertile lake down the western waterfall down into blue and then down the spine into the drake nest grabbed an eggy and almost made it back outa red zone with it but sadly they dont go uphill half as good and about 3/4 the way outa red the radiation took us both did this all without hazmat gear that's how fast you can get moving just a little tip from you local DrHashCap
The final part. As I want to take off, the wyvren claw scrapes my armor and he was close to grabbing me. I froze him in the ice ball and flew away but it sucks that wyvrens are the fastest thing in the air. We were over the swamp when he dropped me off Ice Crasher. I was burned to death waiting to respawn and find my owl. As I spawn in I see a message on the top of my screen. I felt bad that I was not there to say goodbye and not be there as we parted for good. He died that day as an owl who never wanted to harm other people but will defend himself if necessary. Rest In Peace Ice Crasher. You will never be replaced nor forgotten.
I’ve had a snow owl once. It was an early thanksgiving gift let’s say. I name him Ice Crasher for his ability to freeze and heal in his ice ball. I did it in the air once and I became a snow owl kamikaze and froze everything near me (hence the name), I pissed off everything I froze so I had to ghost pretty quick. I went for a chitin run one day and I died to some snakes because of server lag. I got there quick to see if my little crasher was a okay. He was just chilling there and I thought to take him in the cave. I thought of the worst but I did it anyways. He killed one snake but there was still two more guarding my soulless corpse. Ice Crasher did not have the IQ that whistle meant attack in this situation, but he knew that aggressive meant destroy. I changed his aggression level to that and it was an onslaught.after killing the snakes he moved on to the scorpions and eventually everything in the side of the cave we were in. Snowy the owl
I got given an owl egg by a nice guy in one server we had great adventures, we got deininychous eggs together , we tamed together then i was planning to do the beta broodmother i was flying to the green obelisk with my snow owl too see what i needed untill my game crashed in the swamp when i logged back on me and my snow owl were sadly dead
Part three. After I revived the information ha asked for help. I was okay letting a tame go but once I got back to base I saw a wyvren leaving. I pulled out my telescope to see what and who it is but Ice Crasher wanted to have some fun. He dive bomed into the ocean and I fell off the saddle. I got back in quickly but the wyvren leaving was an enemy and they took it as an attack! They started breathing lightning and chased me back to main land. I had to escape so I froze him and got a head start. His friend however was taking no prisoners and hunted me down. I prepared for this by practicing evasive strategies and I put up a good fight. He had to regain his energy to chase me again so I booked it while he needed to rest. Crasher was tired to so we waited while he was overhead looking for us. I saw a chance to escape and we gained altitude while the crystal wyvren was on our tail we reached max height and dive bomed our way to freedom. Final part rn
I had an owl like that on the extinction map, it was brown, and it was my first tamed owl, I was quite stupid, because in extinction there is a barrier that if you get too close, You and your animal will die, and that's exactly what happened, he died, I was very shaken and sad, R.I.P Owl, he helped me a lot before his end...
