Wildcard needs to make it to where fish baskets can be placed near enemy structures because everyone on PvE has pillared along every single river and pond and it is near impossible to find a decent spot to catch any fish.

Get a fish in a fish basket by placing the fish basket next to the fish you want to catch. Wait for a few seconds until you can capture it.

If anyone is lazy or not in the mood to work hard for a high level shadowmane “like me” the spawn command is cheat gmsummon “lionfishlion_character_BP_C” 100

this needs to be easier to tame
