Alright ik everyone says you need to trap it but you really dont.

Sarcos have ridiculously massive turn radius so you can just juke it, go up to the belly and punch it until its asleep. Feed fish meat and you'll have a sarco.

You can tame this easily by using tranq arrows

Sarco is the must useful semi-aquatic dinosaur! They can travel on land and water their fast in water but slow on land at least they can go on land and survive unlike itchys they are pretty weak when wild but if you add enough points to its damage health and stamina it'll be unstoppable here's how to tame this jurrasic Aligator! It has 3 attacks Normal bite attack lunge attack and death roll attack to do the special attacks on mobile swipe up on the left side of your screen for the lunge attack swipe down on the left side of your screen for the death roll to tame these beasts you need tranq arrows since these are not starter tames cook up some fish meat and find a sarco if there's a pretty tall rock go on it if there's no safe rocks around use your tame to run away from the sarco and get far enough so you can still shoot it but it can't get you continue this until it's knocked out then give it cooked fish meat Now you should starve it for a bit till it's hungry enough to eat the food you gave it and this will mean your gonna need Narcos so get those before taming one have a bed near the sleeping sarco so you get sleep and pass time after it's starved give it the food after a bit bam you have a jurrasic Aligator! 💅💅

Simple sarco taming coming up everyone!

For this tame I will recommend 3 methods, and you can pick yours.

Method one, the cheap but risky method.

Equipment

A deadly tame or weapon, (eg carno or ascendant shotgun)

An Equus,

A crossbow with tranq arrows,

Meat or regular kibble,

Narcotics.

(Note; The last three things on the list are included in all the methods, but I won’t tell you it each time.)

Use your deadly weapon or tame to kill all the kapros, titanoboas, etc.

Hop on your Equus and play chasy on LAND while trancing it till it’s down.

Method 2, billboard trap.

Equipment:

4 metal billboards,

1 large bear trap

Easy. Please 3 metal billboards in a |_| shape and a large bear trap in the centre. Lure the sarco in to the trap and place the final billboard.

Method 3 the box trap.

1 stone foundation

4 stone doorways,

2 wood ramps.

Get 1 stone floor down and place doorframes around it then place the ramp, lure the sarco up the ramp into the box.

Uses:

Sarco are fastish on land but ultra fast in water. PIRANHAS WILL BECOME PASSIVE NEARBY A SARCO! The bite attack is deadly.

If you find one that's not from the swamp, make them go into the water, so they can starve from swimming, and then easy tame.

if your lucky you can find one. alone without a snake if u find one make sire u repire the club or use tranq arrows bola it and hit it from it guts if you try to hit them from their head they will attack you

Good early game on the island can kill megs can be used to tame a Rex I used mine to tame my first basilo .

Here’s a tip once you find a sarco you better pray there’s a corbonemys nearby now go to that turd and let the sarco attack it then bash it with a wooden stick and now you have a strong best friend

I was driving my raft with my stego para phiomia and my raptor and we went hunting for sacrosanct and to go raid beaver dams and we found a sarco killed it and raided like 2 beaver dams and the beavers came for us and they did a lot of damage but we still managed to kill them both and I got a lot of pearls and stuff

Troodon’s will kill these on land! Lure troodon to the water and whistle attack as Sarco will have the home advantage. On land, Sarco’s can’t attack as troodon gets under the body.

I have taken out leed whales, megs, and tickle chickens, ankylosaures, trikes, and much more with these bad boys. Not to hard to tame, just battle them on land. They are absolute DEMONS in water.

when taming, watch out for snakes and kapros, because they will most likely be found in swamps (sometimes beaches)

once tamed, pirhannas won’t attack u when ur on a sarco.

If your on the island and there are dilos near you and you want the sarco gone tame an army of diols and then will kill its but make sure the dilo is attacking behind the sarco

These guys are my absolute favorite to tame early game and if you get a high level one it’s op but the lower level ones are pretty weak tho I recommend trank arrows and a raptor so you can shoot it and run until it’s out like a light

Fastest way to tame is fish meat not fastest but when in rush or have no meat

It's easy to tame and escape from by speed, once you have tamed one it's one of the best things in the game, it's really fast underwater and does alot of damage. It's not as good as a flying dinosaur but is a war horse in battle and has great strength

you really want sarco but your level is low like around 5+ here's the tip for you find low level sarco

use club hit the belly just circling around their belly and spam the club on it just dont show your body on sarco since you're low level you can get clapped instantly i reccomend 3+ clubs just be focus doing that until their out of consciousness feed it with atleast 25+meat and wait until its tamed and there you go

*just dont duel sarco on water if you dont want to do a random respawn on the map

*for my opinion they are good hunting pet for beginners level around 5-15+

*fast in water this is why i called them an ancient jet ski

They will not attack you if they’re attacking a animal with 1000hp

Go toward the tail

There turning radius allows you to avoid all attacks while getting a lot of hits in. If you go the back leg and turn with it it is an easy kill
