Surprisingly faster than the megs, better than a bary, and is capable of many great things. A must have for people with sarco saddles.

My sarco can kill spinos in 1 hit

These puppies are a semi-noob's best friend. Find them in swamps and near water holes. They really open up the map to you when you're a noob as they allow you to traverse waterways quite easily and quickly. All you need are some tranquil arrows and a decent distance and some raw meat. I've personally tamed 3 of them. They are also very useful for traveling up coasts and collecting lots of meat from dodos and scouting out those rounded rocks that give good metal. 10/10 my favorite dino.

The sarco once tamed all the megaparannas will not attack you if you bring it with you!

I don’t know whats all the bad reviews about this sarco they are so easy tame (If your on on a high level) and so easy to kill just get on a high rock or back up while shooting arrows or Slingshots at it

This creature is absurd. He was the reason my only raptor died. So, I was riding on my raft, and I see a sarco chasing some dodos. I think, ‘oh, he won’t see me.’ He gets on my raft and attacks me. My three dilos and one raptor chase him off the boat, and kill him. But a Cnidaria literally comes out of nowhere and I jump in the water to save them. Too late. It says, ‘Your Raptorsaurus (level I have no idea, probably, like, 19, was killed by Cnidaria. I was in way too much distress, loosing my raptor. It was devastating. I cried. So, don’t go near them with pets or else…choose to take my advice or, like me, learn the hard way.

How to tame sarco:

Where to find sarcos can be found in the swamp which is in the west zone of the island.

Taming details:

Sarcos are knockout tames they are carnivores and they like fish meat more than regular meat.

Problems:

Swamps have many dangerous creatures like snakes and raptors and sarcos usually have low health so you might kill it and they can jump and bite you.

Advantages:

Sarcos are slow on land so its easy to outrun them

Abilities when tamed:

Sarcos can swim super fast you can go all the way to herbivore island to the cold mountains in like 5 minutes and they instantly regain stamina underwater they have a jump attack that does damage and their secondary attack is a death roll.

Disabilities when tamed:

Sarcos dont have that much health and they are a bit slow on land

Hello, I see.these guys always frightens you... Don't worry I got some tips .

1:Find one,they usually spawn near swamp or beaches

2:go near sarco, Then run quickly to some herbivorus animals like parasaur dodo etc..(Not trike btw it will kill it)

3: These beasts always gets distracted so take that wooden club in your hand

Then yeet him while he's attacking other creatures it will get unconscious make sure you have a weapon like bow

4: I suggest giving fish meat inside it's inventory And some narcotics too( maybe 3 or 5 based upon level)

5:Then boom you got your new Friend

I don't know which level is need for saddle

All it takes is a couple tranq arrows and you good I recommend raw fish meat but always have regular prime meant just in case

It can destroy a baryonix and Carno at same time lamo

Dumb turning rates on land so BEAT IT WITH 3 CLUBS but if it’s a higher level like 50 40 30 you might want to use some tranqs

Remember, you don’t always have to find them in the swamps.

Use Prime Meat To Tame The Sarco

They are pretty much a jetski, use this boi and you’ll be killing megalodona and running from Leedsichthys

Something that I don't see too much is acknowledgement of the sarcos ability to not only sprint underwater, but regen stamina while sprinting if underwater. Also, a sprinting sarco in water is the third fastest speed of any tamable creature.

Just don't go hunting in the swamp alone (Hopefully this is common sense). If you bring a decent raptor it'll destroy the sarco and even a carbonemys can do it on land. It isn't that hard to engage unless you're in the water. If you do fight it, just be aware of you're surroundings. I got attacked by two titanoboas once while fighting it. Didn't end well. However, my raptor killed all three of them by the time I got back. That's why I say raptors are great for mid level players going on a hunting trip.

Seriously under rated mount slow on land but swims faster than a megalodon doesn't get attacked by most if not all swamp Dino's and a solid fighter 10/10 would tame again.

Its waste to build a tamming pan for it. To knock out just walk backwards and hit his head with the tranq and the job is done

Very easy early game tame but make sure to lure it away from the swamps because of kapros, other sarcos and titanoboas
