When I respawned after a sarco killed me I found a dead sarco near spawn then I fought the other one

If you do run into one of these and you just started you’re done but a couple days and you could win maybe if you’re not playing on hard-core brutal I’ma probably try that soon enough that’s all you need to hear and great for harvesting meat especially fish meat

It’s a trampoline when it’s taking also give fish meat for faster taming no sothing balm needed im taming a lvl 29 in my easy mode mobile game (I would set it higher if could save my progress to ) highest lvl I’ve found so far

It ambushed me once and I shot it with a shotgun it died immediately

Once I was assaulted by a lvl 36 spino but my lvl8 raptor and lvl 9 sarco just wrecked it

The definition of mediocre, it does ok damage but not amazing, it goes decently fast in water but that's about it

All it takes is a distraction and some tranc arrows from a crossbow. Compies make the best distraction bc there hit box is super small then boom you now have a murderous amphibious assault lizard

if your looking for a bary for getting water tames keep an eye out for these too, they work just as well if not better

This creature can be used to farm prime fish meat and also use them for long distance travel in ocean

I am the one who tamed one on my third game day of my ark world. I named him fungus cuz I don’t like moss and he is a fungusy moss green. Few game weeks later (and level 21) I ended up with two more of these beasts. I named them Jade and Tar. WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE!!!! Fungus, of corse, is the Beta.

I left some ded piranhas out one time and that’s how I found tar and jade. THESE GUYS ARE SO COOL!!!

They are def good base protectors. Put them on neutral outside base and they will attack anything that will attack pets or them. I will be posting a fan fiction about them soon (it’s not total true but based of when I found Tar And Jade)

Really quick and useful water mounts. Instant stamina regen underwater. Only downside is it’s hp and weight. Everything else is good. I think this may be the fastest water tame on the island.

Yeah it's speed in the water is good, but that's it. Not very strong so don't expect it to deal crazy dmg like spino, carno, etc. I bring my spino, carno, and baryonyx, and it's way behind except for in the water. I recommend bringing it to the swamps. Carno and spino can't fit easily and will get stuck. Baryonyx and sarco can follow you anywhere in the swamp AND it's shallow enough to where your can see the snakes and sarco can swim. Want to go on land though, bring spino ( life possible their crazy fast on all 4) or baryonyx. Kaprosuchus is another substitute for sarco.

1. Find a Sarco (hard part)

2. Shoot it's head with slingshot (you will easily be able to out run him)

3. Continue until he becomes unconscious

4. Feed it prime meat or fish meat

This thing always spawn at my house on river..it annoying

I used 20 tranq arrows but it varies, I would suggest using fish meat as it takes faster than regular meat.

I was a noob when I saw these things. I stayed away from it until I heard a weird noise. I went to check it and the thing was dead and a castoroides was walking away from it barely damaged like a boss.

With a bow and arrow your ready to kill these thing plus snakes in 4 seconds flat or less. (Upvote so beginners can see this) hope this was a useful tip

The walk it to land method don't work anymore since they can now jump at you, get it stuck in gates and shoot from above

Faster than megalodon in ocean. Don't require stamina in water. Can kill megalodon if it have higher Meele DMG. Faster on land. Attack is average.
