How to get very good first tame saber

Step 1 play ragnorok and spawn at Viking bay 1

Step 2 try get some levels very fast and unlock bola and tranq darts craft around 30 tranq darts and 3 bolas than find a small pack of sabers kill the bad ones and tame best one

What you need to tame a sabertooth :

1 crossbow / bow

20 tranq arrows

1 bola

How to tame the sabertooth :

Step 1 :

Find a sabertooth, they are usely foundation in the mountainbike

Step 2 :

Bola it (it May be in a pack so be careful)

Step 3 : Tranq it with your Crossbow / Bow

Step 4 : put Meat in its invetory

+ High level saber tooth can be useful in certain caves

When I was taming my sabertooth on mobile. I went to dead island, lured a sabertooth to the small island beneath the main dead island (sitting on a pelargonis), jumped down to the ground and started shooting it with my crossbow and tranq arrows. When it was down I placed wooden spiked walls around me, my pelargonis and the sabertooth. Then I just putted like 100 raw meat (I always have too much meat just in case) in it and fed it narcotic when needed. When it was tamed I got it into my raft and sailed home. Really safe taming.

It is much easier to pick it up with a argen and put it in a taming pin and then knock it out

If you trap with more than one bear trap don't forget to pick it up or you'll end up getting caught,letting it go, and it eats you.............

Just use a bola and beat the frock out of them until they sleep give them raw meat or fish meat or cooked fish meat or cooked meat

Be careful when using a crossbow and tranqs, make sure to space out your shots by 5 seconds- their health goes down quickly. I absolutely love them as a mount they are fast with high stamina. Happy hunting!

If it’s low lvl don’t use narcotics or anything it’s torpor goes down really slow

I crafted a raft with metal window walls and 3 ramps on the outside foundation I sit on the edge of Carno island and pick off lone sabers

I really recommend this dino because it can pretty much gather all the resources listed except organic polymer

Go to Carnavore island on a frog preferably (it’s fast and maneuver able if you need to escape) then there is an army of Sabertooths, if riding a frog on the ps4 press l2 to do the sweep tounge/topor attack and it should knockout a few and you could have a Sabertooth army. JUST BE CAREFUL OF CARNOS REX’S AND ANNOYING RAPTORS AND SCORPIONS.Good Luck!

There's almost always more than one around. Be sure to be on alert while tameing.

Easiest tame ever knock it down and put a load of raw meat in it's inventory and leave it without waste any narcotics and nacroberries it will be tamed a pack of these bad boys can underwhelm most dinos

Get it in a taming pen with your argy have some open windows and shoot it every 6 seconds with a cross bow or a gun with tranq ammo to knock it out

Next is the easiest part all you have to do is wait for it to starve since you wont have to worry about getting meat or narcotics every second when your taming it. Always get the highest lvl lower levels suck absoolutely

I Tamed A max level sabertooth with with raw meat bring me my money

You really only need 2 stone foundations and door frames all around. I tamed a lvl 80 and it came out 120.

1 get a few bolas and 20 meat

2 find a low level by it’s self

3 bola it feed it

4 defend it it’s kind will kill it

5 bring it home

6 kill or the week herbivores for xp

7 be a god

Umm is it just me or are pure black sabers rare ? I’ve never seen one on mobile. And I bred my 2 sort of fully black ones and got a fully black male tiger I’m positive that’s a rare combination to see. Fully black fur , black striped and black mane
