Step 1: summon Rockwell
Step 2: absolutely pee your pants
Step 3: blood pressure and stress levels sky rocket higher than Kobe Bryant
Step 4: pause the game mid fight take a breath grab some food and water
Step5: question yourself
Step 6: pray to god that the ark devs don’t kill you from stress
Step 7: fight Rockwell
Step 9: finish Rockwell’s fight
Step 10: alt f4 or close the game
Step 11: delete the game
Step 12: tell your son about how much of a fun game this is and flashback to ptsd and trauma you have suffered from this game and watch your son go through the same stuff you have
Step 13: when you come back to the game (be honest yall we have all gone back to the game) repeat the process and watch yourself be more traumatised again
Step 14: repeat
