My previous comment that mentioned this beachass creature being rare is deleted now and im here to tell you about my progress hating the hell out of this dragonflies. I've finally got myself a crazy-ass giga (mutated probably) and literally 1 shot these apes within seconds. This proves my hatred toward these swam-molesters are undeniable. I don't recommend any of yall who just started playing ark to come to the swamp (that place is dangerous AF even without these 🥷🏿ers roaming around and rapping nearby creatures in their range of sights)

They only come out as males so there is no way to breed them unfortunately

Can the desert trike thing eat the egg things?

To tame:

•find egg

• put egg on big dino

• wait for the eggs to hatch

• you will lose the dino, but you will get a rhino.

witnessed one kill a tek quetzal and it killed my pteranodon while I was literally trying to evade the swamp, bottom 5 creatures, shouldn’t be on the island

I hate this thing so much. I literally die to this in seconds no matter what Dino I use against it, and I can’t even trap it either. Do not go near this thing unless you want to die.

Im tired of ppl js explaining the obv so here are some real tips:

Your dino(host) must be female(i found out the hard way)

And put some levels (host) in health

When lowering her health get her blody and let her hit ur dino and try to check eith the glass idk the name(not spy glass)

ENCOUNTERING PREPARATION:

To avoid encountering these Australian bugs, you might want to skip flying over the swamp with a pt, and fly with an argy instead.

TO KILL:First, get a good pump action shotgun. Next, go over to the one you want to kill. Be careful, though, these things can shoot sap bullets. If it’s a male, it will drop the pheromones to tame a rhyniognatha. Hope this helped!

Rare... RARE?? I'VE SEEN A COUPLE ASSHATS OUT AND ABOUT TAKING THEIR BESTIES ON A WALK oh and not to mention I've found 2 rhyniognathas nearby and five others after a good TEN MINUTES

I just wandered with my spino feeling all powerful and unstoppable until this mfs like 3 of them attacking me with their missile and killed my spino, i hate all bugs include this mfs
