The Rex is a apex predator of the game, only out macho from the giga, and sometimes a spino. As well that giga os about to have a new rivalry over powering it. Back to the Rex, the Rex is a high classed power house that will take out almost and prey. I’ve seen Rex’s ( in my friends discord sever ) we both found the Rex’s prey items. Diet : trikes, paras, and I’m not going to say another 17 Dino’s. The Rex we have found was a level 15 so about a average level Rex in the “lost island” map. The Rex can take on almost anything. ( not in game but they should add ) -Females will nest in the high hills in the forest. The best should be are 4 foundations big. The nest will be covered in rooten vegetation, and tree wood as well as bones. The female Rex’s will have 3 eggs in a nest, if the baby rexes yacht they will be wild Rex’s but have to grow following the female mother. The Rex hatchlings will be slimmer and have fur and lose it when they grow. The Rex is a idle power hunter and a really carring parent. Anyways back to the nest 1 / 3 eggs will make it to sub adult. ( why are Rex’s so big ) their genificly modified from Helena walkers notes. ( what is the best taming method ) to use prime meat and mutton. Btw the Rex hunts large sour pods

Large and beefy, these lizards are known all around the community for one thing: BIG DAMAGE. Rexes will take out just about anything you want them to, only losing to the greatest creatures. Rexes aren’t rare either, if you know where to look. (Pro tip: the more north you go, the more rexes you might see!)

Uh I just discovered an extremely cruel way to gather large amounts of raw prime meat on mobile. I hatched a Rex egg and got twins, but after checking their stats I realised they were not the best (their dad tamed out at lvl 202 and their mom tamed out at lvl 209 but the babies were only lvl 201). I decided to kill them cuz I was running out of tame slots. Afterwards I ate their dead bodies with my wolf and found out that my wolf’s inventory is filled with raw prime meat. I immediately turned on my industrial grill and cooked all of it. The 2 baby Rex gave me a total of 128 raw prime meat... that’s like as much raw prime meat as an alpha raptor would drop from each one of the babies. So yeah if you really want easy raw prime meat and don’t care about being cruel you can try to get multiple breeding pairs of Rexes and kill their babies...

If doing boss fight use raised and imprinted Rex’s, at least 25k health and 500+ damage. Easy boss fights are a breeze but medium+ I recommend MC saddles. Good luck!

Tame spinos they are a little better with more speed more stamina and more damage but less health and are better prime meat gatherer just go to swamp and kill paracer and harvest them it's easy 10 prime meat

The Rex is an really powerfull creature, capable of beating bosses, and here is how to prepare a Rex:

1 - The Rex need at least 20K Hp, and good damage

2 - He need a really good saddle

3 - If you are fighting the Dragon with Rexes, use an Daeodon. His health abillity help the Rexes to keep his health decent. And use an Yuti. Yutis are usefull, no only by the additional damage, but he can use a roar that boost the Rexes. Use the same army to the Overseer.

No offense meant, but why does the stamina drain so fast? Dododex says its stamina is super high…🤔

Does anyone know the max stats for a tamed Rex? I’m tryna get mine to the strongest it can possibly be, but it’s kinda difficult since I don’t know how long it’s gonna take to get him to max stats

Should have been bulkier, Giga only had size and speed to it’s advantage but Wildcard thought that was the strongest thing on the planet

Swap Giga and Rex, Giga were kind of like pack hunters and not so intelligent, lived in (North America?) and ate like, baby sauropods and other herbivores and were fast. Then we get to Rex. Omg, like how do you even describe this? it’s so overpowered, prob taking down other rexes JUST for prey, plus hunted literal sauropods and are more intelligent than you think. Their bite force crushes bone easily, what the literal heck, plus they are only a little slower than giga (which is still, way too fast.)

Aside from being the king of boss fights the rex actually is great for pvp due to its high health pool and tek saddle. You don’t really want to use this to fight other tames though.

These guys are good. On its own, my level 25 Rex killed 7 stegos, 5 brontos, and 2 ankylos simultaneously, losing less than half of its health. I’d definitely recommend getting one.

You can use the Rex as defense(what I mean is if you are surrounded by the Rex use the aggressive whistle and it will kill everything in sight, I learned this by dying 3 times)

The easiest way to tame these guys is to use kibble but if you want to work hard to get prime meat, go ahead that’s your go

You can traverse the swamp safely as long as you have a rex as barely anything agroes them including that kapro and if anything do agroes you can obliterate it. Spino blocking you're way you can obliterate it so if you're heading to the redwoods with no flyer than bring a rex
