If you have high level argies with lots of Stamina, then all you have to do is pick your friend up give him a gun with tranq darts and then fill the Rex with them. Me and my friends were able to tame 2 Rex’s in one day by doing this and we were only level 50-60. So yeah👍

2 ways:

1:

a. Get 3 stone dino gateways (not behemoth)

b. Place them in triangle shape but leave one side for the rex and put a large bear trap in the center.

c. Once the rex steps on the bear trap, go around and place the 3rd gateway

2:

a. Place 3(minimum) gateways(small) like how you would in domino, with a small gap just enough for you to squeeze through in-between gateways.

b: Place dino gates in the first and last gateway, leave either one open.

c: Let the rex chase you to the trap, once it's inside and chomped you once, run to the door where it came from and close it, then exit through the gap.

Shoot at it until it’s week edthen punch it. with your partner

If you have a pteranadon or enough movement speed, you can just move back and forth getting 3 to 5 arrows on the rex

Go to the top of a cliff and get the Rex aggrieved by shooting him he will get caught on to cliff, shoot the Rex in it’s face until he runs and shoot him some more or billed a wall around him .

To me this is a really easy way !

On the center I tamed one at level 5. It was level 100 and a cool color. And I was literally killing all the allosaurus in the area. I got to level 40. Wow.

How to tame a Rex:bring out a dinosaur that have a lot of health and low melee,whistle that Dino in passive and park it in a good distance,shoot the Rex and let it attack your dinosaur,while in distraction shoot the Rex and bear trap it and move your dinosaur steps away(for recover),when the Rex broke the large trap let it attack your dinosaur again and shoot”move your dinosaur steps away,when the Rex broke the large trap”Do this 2 step again and again when the Rex is knocked out.

The Rex May look scary and can stun if you get to close. But it’s an easy tame if you shoot tranqs at it around other Dinos, especially herbivores

Easy tame all you need is a bed a raptor and a crossbow with 25 Trang arrows run While it’s chasing you and shoot with crossbow once nocked out wait 20 minuets then put your meat inside then go to sleep and you have a Rex

If you make a pen of dino gates with a behemoth gate on one end you can use an argy to pick up a smaller creature and fly just out reach of the rex to lure it, then drop the bait and close the door, no aggro till your ready

I’d say is wait in till it’s on low heath then start shooting it with truq arrows in till it is out then use the smoothing balm then you got a Rex

If you can get on top a cliff with a rex at the bottom, it won’t be able to reach you. Shoot tranq arrows/darts till it starts running from you, and then keep shooting while you chase it. Eventually it’ll pass out. Make sure you have a ton of prime meat and/or things nearby you can kill for prime meat....

I’ve tamed 3 rexes this way

3 to 4 stone dino gates in a square big enough to fit it inside and you good no bear trap or elaborate taming cages required. : l

Find a cliff or somewhere high where it can't reach you, then pump arrows or darts into it. To be extra careful have a flyer nearby to escape if it climbs up.

Level up the speed so you can go faster than the dinosaur and there would be a time for the narcotics to make him sleep( this works for many dinosaurs)

If Your a savage like me just make around 20 tranq arrows and make it chase you. Then you shoot it until it gets knocked out, but this method only works on a low level one

If you don’t want the long set up to tame, lead one like any creature to the bottom of a cliff, fly up or shoot it from the cliff and tranq it. When it starts the run, watch the cliff fall if you’re chasing on foot.

I go on cliffs and dart them from the top until it gets knocked out kill and large animals preventing it to die and put spikes around it and feed it all the meat you have on you.

Best way to knock out is to make a stone raft and put it slightly in the water so when it knocks it won’t drown. Has to be at least 2 walls high.

If you are feeling a bit lazy when you tame a Rex just lead the Rex to some high terrain like a cliff and fire away. But if you wanna do it the smart way build a trap with a bear trap and while the Rex is in the bear trap close the trap that you led the Rex into
