Get a quetzal fly and shoot with trank darts or arrows

Just find a hill then put some stone pillars down then lead it up then shoot it with darts shove some meat in it then u have a Rex

I'm gathering stuff to tame it rn, I have 25 tranq darts, soothing balm, ( The kind you get from hunt: megapirranha) an argy with a saddle and lots of fish meat. Please write a tip if you reccomend I do something different. I'm going to tame it in the redwoods, not the arctic or just looking for one near the swamp. One like = one good luck for me!

How I tamed my Rex (tyranitar) I went to the volcano and got him stuck on a bump I shot him from there but first I tried to bear trap him but he broke out quickly my Argy nearly died but thanks to a saber tooth we got away I came back and start lurring him to another trap butmissedand got stuck and i tamed him now he keeps my diploclaus alive when sarco attack

This is my stradgedy find rex use chain Bola then use a trap of one behemoth gate and three normal ones with a bear trap in the middle then when it breaks free lead it through the trap get it stuck and then close the gale knock it out and there you have a knocked rex now you need the food........

Taming isnt the same as the charts for xrexs

If you have high movement speed 125% + you can "kite" the rex and shoot him. If you don't have a pteranodon and fly with it every time you hit the rex.

Try to not get hit. The rex does insane amounts of damage and can kill you in a few bites if you don't have good armor.

Although it's say you only need 42 prime meat make sure to consistently give it more prime meat anyway(it expires quick)

Step one get a couple 100 tranq arrows. step two build trap and place large bear trap in center. step 3 use a cross bow and shoot it in the head till knocked out. Step 4 get prime, kibble or just meat note get some narcotics when using any just in case step 5 ride on your new beast

Ok hi guys,this is Mandolorianis2cool,its also my roblox name,anyway,here are instructions on how to tame one,I tamed one yesterday and made the saddle very quickly.

How to tame a rex (VERY EASY :D)

1) get 90-110 tranq arrows

2)get crossbow or bow and arrow(if use bow and arrow,bring 2,they break easily unlike crossbow.

3)lure the trex you like to a area it cant climb,like a steep cliff and shoot it in the head or heart(the head and heart are weakspots)

4)when the trex starts going around the area running around,not killing,its almost unconscious,but be careful when you aim,its fast when it runs

5)when unconscious,feed it raw prime meat or raw meat,prime is better,all you need is like 5-15 prime and you tamed the rex(if its unconscious in swamp water,dont worry,it wont drown,that's were I tamed mine)

6)if it IS in swamps,make shure you have a Argentavis or other strong creatures that u can ride to defend the rex from all and any predators(I killed 2 snakes,5-28 kapros,3 sarcos,and 2 scorpions(plus a leech that got on my argentavis wing,i plucked it off in disgust)

I recommend not using a trap if you don’t want to waste materials. I use around ten tranquilliser darts and 100 tranq arrows to knock these out because it’s always good to over preparer. I stand on a really big rock that’s out of its attack range and use all my darts and as many arrows as it takes to start running. I recommend using a flyer once it starts running ( I use an argy) and keep using your tranq to knock it out, hope you found this and if you did please up!

Don’t be afraid they are really slow, just get some raw prime, a crossbow, narcotics and some tranqs and go for it. good starter tame you can have follow you until lvl 70 when you can ride it. also very good for bosses if you have ascendant saddles and high levels

If you go to the western approach, there’s a massive cliff there. You can ligit just stand there and shoot these guys with tranq arrows because they can’t climb a vertical cliff. 90% succes rate, 10% chance that an argy will come kill ur rexy boi, so always have normal arrows too, just in case.

I used a regular bow and tranq arrows to knock out. Used prime meat harvested off nearby animals. That’s it, nothing else.

I will go after the males to get the good colors and then think about the less pretty females for some good breeds.

You need a lot of bio toxin and use toxic arrows

You need at least 120 tranque arrows

While using pitfall trap make sure to build stone door frame to the height of 4 that is 4 stone door frame stacked one above another. If you use 3 it will jump out and kill you.
