Just tamed one I will tell you my experience, so I found one and shot it with tranc DARTS (but tranc arrows work just as well although you need a few more :)) and it kept on getting deststracted by other Dino's which made it not attack me, so after I knocd it out I killed the other animals attacking the unconchis body with my Pump shotgun and gave it raw meat and a couple of bio-toxins and boom I got Rexy I hoped this helps on your next Rex tame

Uh... don’t bring more than 7 into the tek cave........

If you do, most will fall into the lava, and the others will get you stuck on them, literally just stress and absolutely no way to deal with them in time unless you abandon them. Good tame for anywhere but caves. 😐

In ragnarok, Viking bay 1 and 2 theres a big skeleton Rexs cant get in to unless they go to the back but once you find a rex go to inside it all the way to the back in the middle and shoot it with slingshots if your low level but if your high level than use tranq darts so you dont waste tranqs since you have a lot of time Depending on your level if your under level 69 than get a rex under level 100 or you'll be there forever but if your over level 69 get a Rex over level 100. On the island theres a cave on carnivore island go inside it and follow the ragnarok rules.In the center use a raptor level up its movement speed and stamina and run while shooting it with tranqs and it will run away or it wont either way chase it or keep shooting and then it will be tamed. There are many other ways to tame rexs but but i found these easier somehow. good luck with the taming!

Just shoot with tranqs and use prime that’s what I did

I knocked out one of these lvl 16 bad boys at level 42 with nothing but an ascendant bow and about 37 tranqs, YEET, further updates if I tame it, quick hints if you try to copy me, do the hunt Dilophosaurus pursuit, then find a cliff and start firing.

These guys are a one of the best midgame Center tames (Center tames are tames that are good for defense and offense). They are also play an important role in PvP servers. If u play in a PvP server, and ur looking for a good Center tame, this is the dino u need. I know most of you know that the Rex is an offense tame, but it has a lot of HP, so its a center tame, If im wrong, im sorry.

So I was walking at night with a torch on north 1 mountain at night when I heard a roar and saw some dirt flying it then jumped out into the light of my torch it roared at me luckily that gave me enough time to run but It caught up quickly I ran around some rocks trying to throw it of my trail but it failed I came across this small cliff that would not give me big damage so I jumped off but with a lot of my health gone (mostly the rex bites)I injured myself and was so slow the rex charged at me in my last moments I was trapped by some very height rocks with the rex coming right at me.I closed my eyes……..when I opened them it said you where eaten by a rex lvl 11

In a grassland, you can hit and run. You actually go faster than it when sprinting!

I have a literal beast Rex because my dad helped me tame that baby [2 baby rexes❤] the mom died. lvl 2

On carnivore island And I imprinted.

Y'all should use the strave taking method. Which is when you'll trap the rex in stone gates, you sleep in a bed and wake up. Then knock the rex out and feed it raw meat(not prime) and it'll take in a few minutes

All you need to kill this beast is a melee boosted ptera

Glitch found: if you freeze your dinos with a cryopod and let them out, they will poop but there’s a chance that they will drop an egg, if you keep freezing them and letting them out, they will potentially drop an egg, did it like 10 times and got 2 eggs up so everybody can see

I Tamed one at level 21 I stood on a cliff and it got stuck and I shot it with a bow and tranq arrows it was level 195

Me and my friend tamed a level 150 rex by running on a cliff we tamed it my friend went back to base so I made the rex follow me home on my argentavis that’s when like 5 terror birds each level 50 ended the rex I tried to help but the terror birds got down to low so I had to run

I was level 70 and I had theater dinosaurs, I found a trex and he killed almost all my dinosaurs but I killed him 😁 meat for days

Recently tamed two Rexes at the same time. Here’s a few tips to make sure if you’re trying to tame these boss killing beasts with best results:

1.Make sure you bring the proper weapons and enough tranq arrows/darts and narcotics to make sure you can successfully subdue your target

2. Given your surroundings are accommodating, find a higher elevation where it, or they in my case, cannot reach you

3.If you don’t have a high enough elevation where they can’t reach you, either build a trap like you would for a Giga, or build a 3x3 stone foundation with stone doorframes stacked three high as well as 9 ramps with enough space to be able to quickly shoot your chosen Rex unconscious (you can find the video to build the trap on YouTube created by MissVadams it’s titled Rex Taming: Beginners guide)

3.Once you have the proper placement for everything, use a flyer to aggro your chosen Rex and have it chase you to your desired location, then you can light it up with tranqs and knock it out

4. Traps/higher ground did the job to help capture it? Excellent!!! Now start the taming process by feeding it

These creatures are easy to tame I am only level 35 and I already have a T rex named T-bone.

If you want to tame one this is the way to do it.

1 You have to try to find one they live near around the snow area.

2 Once you found one try to go on a Cliff or anywhere that’s high.

3 use tranquilizer arrows or dart guns to shoot him down or her.

4 Get raw prime meat To feed and also try to protect it just in case.

5 You might need some bio depending what you are giving it.

Bang you have a T. rex.
