The Raptor is a very easy to tame and versatile mount. Using a bola you can stop them dead in their tracks and it only takes a few tranq arrows to knockout when they're headshots. Once saddled, they are agile and can jump. A pack of raptors can take on most wild dinos you come across. If out of stamina, hop off to allow a quick regen and then mount back up.

I had lvl 69 raptor named Neko , I saw a low level alpha raptor on our beach and attempted to tame it . I forgot neko was following me and before I knew it he’d saved from dying from the alpha raptor , I was so proud , He is my highest lvl and will always be respected . Thank you for your time

The x-raptor wil take 4times the amount of darts or arrows to knock out. Might be a bug at this time if not let wild card know that x-dinos are broken.

Attract a raptor, then hop on a rock. Wont be able to touch you. Tranq it out then you've got a Raptor

If you are low level, store your things in a box and bait cnidaria (blue jellyfish) to near the shore. Lead the raptor into it/them. You’ll both die but then get your stuff from the box.

if you can't get your raptor to jump, do the thing that knocks you off your mount to a dodo or something of that sort, it always fixes mine

Have at least ghillie armor and a sword when fighting one or two low level raptors alone, a carno set on neutral is good too. Yes, data for alpha creature should also be added. This guide will never be complete unless ALL creatures are covered

When on scorched or Valguero, when my raptor, which was level 4, gathered 282 silk from a lymantria. This is why I have so many raptors now.

I just threw a bola at my Raptor Flash. Then I went behind it and smack it.

If you encounter one of these creatures, DO NOT HIDE! You can try to run. The best thing to do is attack it depending on the level. If it’s a low level, attack it. (BTW the annual raptor strategy is to pounce and land behind you to confuse you.) if it’s a high level, run into the nearest water source there is. If there’s a sarco there too, then your dead.

Bola bow pike or spear that what you need to kill this dum crap if you want to escape try bolas and you can put Woden spike walls and it may kill it have stem berries the one that drain you water source those give you energy

Get 3-5 of them and you have yourself a squad of ablolute destruction

The best way to wipe a base is to pick up alpha raptor with argy and drop it into their base. Then sit back and watch the mayhem
