Survival tip: When you are approached by a raptor, find the nearest source of water that is a deep enough for you to be able to swim in. Make sure to swim far out enough just so that the raptor doesn't kill you and mega piranhas do not attack you. It is also safe to go on top of a rock when approached by a raptor and there is no water source nearby.

When encountering this creature…you don’t have to be fast enough…you just have to have another player with you…and a bola.

warning alpha raptors can kill 4 of them so watch out you are not invincible

Please help. I am a mobile player and there is a alpha raptor outside my house. It is level 10-15 and my guys are level 8-14 and i dont want them to die, my highest is a level 40 dilo but i know it wont stand a chance. Any tips to save my guys from dying? I am level 64

In the ark mobile revamp, they don’t pounce anymore. Or so I’ve experienced. I don’t know if that changes when they get the pack buff, though.

Also, the tek raptors don’t count. I’ve been pounced by solo tek raptors for some reason.😭

When ever I am taming raptors I recommend carry a few bolas and take a high hp mount (trikes work great). then once you find a pack bola them tame the highest lv and then one of the opposite gender for a breeding pair.then you can kill or tame the rest

Great in numbers or even on their own if they are a high level. One of the best starter predators to tame for hunting or just general protection for yourself and your base.

This creature is easy to tame. Just make a bola. Crasft tranq arrows. Craft 10 tranq arrows just in case.

They are the best when you have more than 7 you can take down a T-Rex and if you breed them you can get a mutated one.bye👍

When you tame a raptor ( high level ) use it to tame more two or one low level raptors (1-30) so you can get the alpha buff

My one tip is DONT GO NEAR THEM (: they jump on you and kill you and then they eat you

Tip don't go into the caves with them as long as they're following you they will jump down holes get stuck on rocks and kind of stop moving far enough but at least they will fight enemies that will attack you so at least they're good for something in the caves

Be extremely careful, you are likely to die from something else

How to tame a Raptor:

1-Find the Raptor

2-Bola the Raptor (Or a Friend)

3-Punch the Raptor/ Beat the Raptor with a Bat/ Use Tranq Arrows, ect, until it’s knocked out.

4-Feed it Raw Meat (Cooked Meat has less taming effectiveness, also if the ‘Unconsciousness’ Bar is low, feed it Narcoberries/Narcotics)

5-When the Raptor is Tamed, give it a Name

6-Enjoy your new Raptor!

Hello everyone! Happy Carnivore day! We are introducing the raptor!

The cheetah speed, pack master, carnivorous, raptor!

Tame: this will be a lucky game, they are mostly easy to tame In mid game. Here’s the stuff we need before we start: craft a bola. Get tranq arrows or tranqs + rifle. Get some meat from dodos or any other. Now, here’s the best part. Find it. Bola, tranq, feed! Now you have a killing machine.

Knock/oof: to oof this dino, you need: A rex or any other big boi dino. Then just chomp. Now you oofed killing machine.

If you want to tame it with a slingshot bola it and hit him in the head. If its low level u shouldnt hit it very hard.
