Try making the Quetzal bump to the cliff I think it will be like mission “IMPOSSIBLE” But it turns out I make it bump to the red ob’s cliffs and I knockout it so if you us this tip it’s way easier I guess!

I would recommend chasing them on a griffin and shoot it with toxican arrows on mobile

Never fricken lose sight of this beast, I lost a 120 by looking into my inventory.

Ideal for PvP, give it a platform saddle, give it a vault full of parashutes, a vault full of gear, a cannon, a vault of cannon balls, and give it as manny bunk beds as possible. It can be used as a mobile F.O.B., a paratrooper transport, a bomber bird!

Dododex lies it takes like 10x the amount of tranq stated to knock out

The best way to solo tame it is get on the passenger seat of a tapejara and do whistle attack my target and just pelt it in the head with darts

If your thinking “what! Just a 2 by 1platform saddle!”just ride it and use admin command change size too make it larger.

To solo tame this creature use a tek chest piece and tek leggings and fly up to it and start shooting tranq arrows or just use a griffin and the same strategy, if you have someone with you than you can just use a griffin or tapejara and shoot from its back.

To take these the easiest way is to use a snow owl freez it and build a trap around it then it can’t run away.

Dive bomb with snow owl freeze to force qeutzal to the ground then while frozen you can place dino gates to trap.

2 guys on a tapejara with lots of tranqs. The tapejara keeps up with the quetzal easy.

On Extinction if you and a friend have a snow owl one of you can freeze it in the sky and the other one can either trap it or knock it out once it is on the ground. (Try leading it into the city first so nothing kills the quetzals.

Believe it or not but I found 2 quetzals in the same spot and I got a footage to prove it...

Most important about quetzals is that once u tame them, u can lift ur game up to New levels. But to get this quetzal u need atleast a friend to help you, since it will NEVER land.

Very easy way to obtain one of these SOLO in mobile is to first build a large cage containing a revival platform (engram or tribute). Then take a fast flier with an attack/speed pteranodon following. When you find the quetzal you want, whistle the pteranodon to attack and kill the quetzal, then whistle back to neutral. Descend to the dead quetzal, retrieve its implant, and revive it at your platform for a very convenient tame. No need to fire even a single shot at it in the wild. Just be quick to retrieve its implant before something eats it.
