Like it's like one of those gaint chomping lizards and racoons and im pretty much sure that if I ever see one of those I would run or kill it, I dont know what it does when it sees me but I'm pretty sure that if you want to tame it you can't, im just saying it's just not possible to ride it because the developers don't want pepole to ride it. While Shadowmanes are not immune to the Purlovian dismount, if the Purlovia is hit at all during is dismount attack, the attack will be interrupted.

This includes damage from the shadowmane's thorns, and because the Purlovia does damage to creatures in between it and its target, if the Purlovia tries to dismount you, it will damage to the shadowmane, triggering thorns, and stopping the dismount attack.

Every now and then the Purlovia manages to sneak one through but is fairly rare.

Shadowmanes are also not immune to radiation, but with 30k HP who needs radiation immune tames?

They set death traps!! Quite litarly! I head an otter in the read woods with my argie, so I looked for it. The this guy jumped out of know we’re and almost ate Oreo! (Oreo is my argie) then it dismounted me and terror birds also tried to eat my poor bird Oreo. Thankfully, with the power of godmode I was able to heal him I tell they lost in test and came to me so I could kill them with the kill button. It was VERY close! Watch out for these guys in the red woods!

Be careful flying because they usually bury on cliffs and if your flying up a mountain you might get a bit close and get pounced on

Purlovias in current state ark are broken!

Recently found out Lovia’s don’t aggro on enemies when buried and set on aggressive. In fact, after some testing I found out they only come out if buried on passive and once buried set on neutral. Aggressive setting doesn’t work at all.

Be careful in the red woods as i have been ambushed by one there

Just a suggestion, once tamed pump health and always keep it on neutral.

Why? Once me and my friend tamed a purlovia and named him stinky and we tamed him along a bunch of mammoths and yitranusus and argentavesis and then when it was tamed I set him on passive. So it became night time and we made a little campsite cause we did not see where to go so it was useless to go back to the base. But what I did not know is that all the mammoths were blocking the purlovia and we did not notice that the purlovia was in the river so we are chilling until the purlovia was killed by GOD DAMN piranhas. If I'd just put him on neutral he wouldn't die because he can just ONE shot those piranhas witch is weird because I ALWAYS put my games on neutral to wreck anything that attacks me or them and not aggro on random creatures. And sure you can always put some health and melee damage so they beacome even more gangsters and wreck anything in their way. See you out there people! AND WRECK THOSE PIRAHNAS!

In PVP, this tame is great! You can take like 10-20, then surround them around your base so if someone tries to raid you....BOOM. Ambush.
