Taming can be sometimes hard. What I figured out that works almost perfect every time and decent level bonus.

1. Bola

2.knockout

3.feed at least 80 raw meat, 200 narco berry's, 15 narcotics.

4. If that doesn't work by the time he is about to wake up.

5.hit him in the (Body) with tranq arrow from crossbow.

6.important make sure not to shoot in the head and make sure to wait till he is almost conscious otherwise it may kill the little winged friend.

How to tame a Pteranodon:

1.find a pteranodon

2.bola it

3.use your hand or wooden club to knock out

4.feed it with berries(use mejoberry to tame faster)

5.name your new friend

Hit them with a net then knock them out

When people say you need narcotics for high level that’s not true cause I tamed two level 17 with no narcotics sure max level on my settings is 30 but that was on 1.00x taming with only 6 raw meat

Basic and best flyer in the game in my opinion, is really easy to tame and is fast

2 use wooden club

3 when it's kod use any soothing balm

4 feed it raw meat

5 cry away in sadness as you need level 38 for the saddle and you are just a level 10

Here is how to tame a pteranodon:

1: get around 10 meat to tame it and get a Bola tranqs and 1-5 narcotics

2: find pteranodon and Bola it and tranq it out

3: put meat in it's inventory and feed it narcotics if necessary

4: massacre turtles to get the saddle

Give lot food to the person so always give lot food

Use prime meat it takes significantly faster

1. When it lands, place a bed and sleep beside it (food drain's on mobile)

2. Bola once, tranq twice thrice and so on

3. It sleeps, it's tamed.

4. Fast as fk

My way of taming a level 100 pteranodon was to trap him was to build 3 wooden gates next to him and sleep to make him hungry, I burned him with 3 arrows from the ascendant bow and gave him meat

Coming from ark mobile I had to kill raptors by flying towards them and barrel rolling at them man. It was so difficult because the pteranodon moved alot every time you moved. It was even worse before the tlc when the only way you could attack was by pecking dinos mid air.
