This is so easy to tame just bola it, knock it out, USE MEAT TO TAME. And you have a killing machine. Just now I was attacks by a SPINO two of these KILLED IT AND DIDN'T DIE ONE OF THEM WAS LEVEL 9

Use prime meat it takes significantly faster

For my noobs

Step 1: Get a bola and shoot it at it

Step 2: Hit it with a wooden club to make it fall asleep

Step 3: Feed it raw meat or raw prime meat (Bring narcotic or bio toxin)

Step 4: If it gonna wake up feed it narcotic, or bio toxin-jelly fish dropping stuff

Step 5: You have a Pteranodon

You should be level 38 for a saddle but to tame pteranodon you need to get atleast 2 bola and then bow and 4 narcotic arrows now trap it with bola then hit it with 3 narcotic arrows then wait for 1 minute then use your last arrow on it again then wait 1 minute finally feed it fish meet or 30 meat

Even for a lvl 145 all you need is a club and a bola, then you need to find prime meat ( wild children ) and safe spot ( anywhere the silos and raptors aren’t ) have fun!! ( Or try too )

Here is how to tame a pteranodon:

1: get around 10 meat to tame it and get a Bola tranqs and 1-5 narcotics

2: find pteranodon and Bola it and tranq it out

3: put meat in it's inventory and feed it narcotics if necessary

4: massacre turtles to get the saddle

I tried to bola it and missed so I shot it with a tranq arrow and luckily it went down with one since it was a low level. Mine tamed better with berries than meat, though both were in her inventory. I suggest bringing both mejo berries and raw meat to tame as I’m not sure what was the final food she ate.

Coming from ark mobile I had to kill raptors by flying towards them and barrel rolling at them man. It was so difficult because the pteranodon moved alot every time you moved. It was even worse before the tlc when the only way you could attack was by pecking dinos mid air.

Before putting food in, wait till hunger bar is about 1/3 way gone works for pretry much any level and does require A LOT of narco but its worth it(jus use raw meat no need to farm a lot*
