First of all you need bolas then once it is imobilized use a club to knock it if u have raw meat u would need up to 7 narcotics their eating speed is verry low

If you don’t have a good source of prime meat try to kill sabertooths Salmons is in small rivers or oceans if you have an aquatic creature to get prime fish it will not be as effective but still faster and taming effectiveness will be higher Just don’t do what I did and feed them fish meat I didn’t know that raw meat was more effective I just saw thought since it was a bird it would eat fish so don’t be like me 👍

When taming a pteranodon you need narcotics, if you don’t it’s gonna leave half way, I also recommend making dodo kibble since it’s usually easy to make and it’s the easiest way to tame them. Also if you don’t have that use prime meat, but if you don’t have that use the regular meat, since there torpor is low I recommend feeding them narco berries or narcotics so then you can take them fully without them flying away. If you need to tame them, bola them, then tranq, or slingshot, or hit them to knock it out, then you put everything in.

So the best way to tame it is narcotics, narco berries or that stuff the jelly fish things drop. Along with some meet. When it gets close to waking up click the narcotics, narco berries or the jelly fish stuff and click feed. It’ll eat the meat and stay knocked out. You could do this for any creature. For taming easier sleep near at it (don't stray to far)

After you wake up knock this creature and look it's food it's 0

This trick will take andvance for taming and less using narcotics.

Also you can do this for any creature.

By sleeping near at it.

I really recommend you to tame them in your early state with kibble so that after you unlock its saddle it will be level uped

And you can add levels in his stamina and weight by yourself

How to tame.

Step 1 Find a high or low level preferably level 40 or higher that is on the ground.

Step 2 get 8 to 10 narcotics and have at least 10 narco arrows.

Step 3 shoot once in the head until it is knocked out then Feed it any type of meat preferably mutton give it a few narcotics or shoot it once or twice in the wings and Wala you have tamed the pteranodon 😁

Remember to bring narcotic or ur gonna be panicking trying to harvest enough narcoberries to keep it asleep, unless ur on easy and it’s a really low level anyway

Trap it with a bola and know it out with a sling shot

This bird will not kill an alpha unless there damage is higher then 250 so good luck

How to start up on Ragnarok... First, spawn at highlands... Step two, collect rockarrot and tame an equus... Step two, use equus to knock out a high level pteranadon and to get narcoberry, mutton tame...

I tame a pteranodon in seconds with dodo kibble I just don't know why it say 30 mins for some reason

HOW TO TAME IN UNDER 5 MINUTES!

[WHAT YOU WILL NEED]

.At least 2 Bolas

. At least 25 narcotics (depending on the level)

. Raw meat or kibble

. 40 Tranq arrows/ Tranq darts

. Crossbow/bow

[TAMING]

Pteranodons are very common, finding one won’t be an issue. (From my experience) I usually find them near beaches. Once you have found one you are happy with equip your bola and hit it (make sure it’s landed not flying) start shooting at it with tranq arrows/ tranq darts. Your Pteranodon should be knocked out before the bola breaks (providing you have enough ammo) Once knocked out put at least 40 raw meat/ 30 kibble in its inventory. Make sure to stay with your knocked out pteranodon at its torpor can drain fast.

Remember to bola it,otherwise it will left and never seen again,just like ur dad

Always tame laysrto to keep it leveling up
