You need to make bola in crafting then find pteranodon any colour then trap it with bola finally press RB and LB at same time then select tame the put meat in inventory

With the new ascended it seems the stats for how much to feed is off even though I have my taming 3x on my game it says to feed 3 raw meat but it actually takes 6 so what’s wrong?

Omg!!! Every time I try to get more meat,the pteranodon just flys away😡😡 so make sure you get plenty of meat (30-50)

Juste fait for it to waiste aller its energy then simply catch him with bolas and knock him out

They’re narcotic amounts are wrong I tame level 150s with 30 narcotics and it says you need 70 something and I don’t think their torpor drain is slow it’s pretty damn fast to me

For newer plaher always upgrade stamina first to 1,000 anf then health or melee

Put spikes around it so nothing can kill it.

I got a lvl 140 kibble tamed it it woke with over 300% mele and its op

Always put the A satellite on

Use dodo Kibble it’s super easy to tame them with this, I got my level 190 pteranodon Named Sparky using dodo kibble

ALSO USE BIO-TOXIN NOT NARCOTICS FOR KNOCKOUT TAMES

Be sure to see the unconscious meter so it does not fly of.

Bola lol pretty much all I got

I was surprised that my pt was jealous of my newly tamed Tapejara. He would not stop flying over the tapejara no matter how many times I whistled to stop following and no matter how far I would take pt away

Pretty easy tame, time consuming though even on low levels

Just make a bola

Find decent level

Bola it, you can punch lower levels to knock our but tranq higher levels

Get narcoberries/narcotics/biotoxin (probably 100 narcotics for higher levels)

Start ro starve it

And either have mutton/prime on hand or have a friend watch ir while you get some

If you cant get those just bring extra narcotics and starve a bit longer for regular meat

And then you got yourself a pt:) watch out for their kinda low stam and health

Pretty easy to tame. If you are taming a low level like 50, trap it with a bola and attack its head with a club until its down. If you are taming a high level like 120, throw a bola and use a few tranq arrows on the head to knock it out. Once you knock it out, be sure that you have raw meat and narcotics to tame it up and keep it unconscious.
