Bola it and get tranqs and shoot it right above the eye and it should knock out with only 5 or less tranqs. This Dino loses torpor fast so keep an eye on it but they aren’t hard to come across.

If you want to tame it, first bola it, put a simple trap if possible, hit it a little (to lose health, and when it regains health food goes down, but BE CAREFUL), knock it out, and starve it for as long as you can. I hope this was helpful, unlike so people see.

Find a level 21 and use regular kibble just use 8 Narcotics

I recommend a way of taming I call sleep taming, you will need a fair amount of narcotics and a sleeping bag, first knock a pteranodon out using bola and tranq or club, then alot of food in it and place your bag down and sleep, then when you wake up put narcotics in your pteranodon to keep it unconscious, then go back to sleep and when you wake up you have a tamed pteranodon(thats how i got my second pteranodon)

I have a pteranodon named Attack Helicopter and I went on the pro hunt carnosaurus pursuit and he absolutely (no exaggeration) DESTROYED the carnos!!!!!!! The barrel roll is so op just level up the stamina and u got a flying attack helicopter no joke buy one get none free get it while u can at your better stores near you!

For the guy who wants to know how to barrel roll I’m pretty sure it’s C on pc and clicking the right analog stick on console, it’s their 3rd attack and uses up a bunch of stamina but it’s powerful and good for getting out of ugly situations.

If you hit one while on an itchy they will still aggro and so will all others in the area (on mobile) so try to tame one thats alone and not around any, I know from personal experience
