If your trying to cross a river full of these just jump onto the back of a wild CARBONEMYS and wait for it to cross!

Spears work best hit it with a spear when underwater then lure it to land and hit it with a few spears for a kill

I’d already died enough times to Titanomyrma… when I tried to cross the river one of these comes up behind my back and kills me! I wondered why my screen was shaking! >:(

Hey guys. If u have still trouble with these guys, get a Sarco travel with u. Mount it or not is the same. Piranha´s flee from Sarco´s. U can have a Little Sarco, u not need a 100lvl+ guy. So u dont need to fight against these guys.

If you want to kill these things, here’s how. Keep at least two spears stacked, also make sure your tools are in your hotbar. Lead it towards you and then run up shore a little to make sure it can’t get you, then attack. Use a bow or spear (if bow have at least 30 arrows, it won’t take that much I just like to have extra) spear it or do any damage and boom, you killed it. PS if there are more around it kill them before harvesting body.

I was about to tame an otter when this thing killed it😓

These guys seem to be most active when it’s dark so don’t let you or your pets enter water at dusk I learned this the hard way people

Do not bring land tames in water with these little guys around they will kill your tame and then you!

Piranhas are a pain in the butt to deal with. Do NOT try to tame them or kill them at a low level. If you see them at all, leave the water immediately

Warning, these creatures will demolish low levels. Such a pain travelling across the water...

These guys can be tamed with the aberration fish basket but dam, this thing is annoying if you want to swim without any dino, taming one with an ab fish basket is 100% useless plus it's the most annoying thing ever for new players, but if you tame a high level army of these it can be op tho

NGL I saw these bastards take down a whole wild bronto lvl 100

So here is a pretty good way to kill them

Get a pelagornus

Make a saddle

Equip the saddle to your over sized seagull

Find these little @$&# and use your over feed seagull to kill tem (I play ark mobile and this works for me sooooo) I hope this helped you get rid of these ridiculously big water cockroaches👍
