The pirahna is literally the worst thing for low levels. they have high damage and take a good bit to kill. They lock on as soon as you go under water.

For anyone barely using this app, and starting out on ark. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TRY TO TAME IT. THEY CANNOT BE TAMED, AND IF DISTIRBED THEY WILL RIP YOU A NEW ONE WITH LITTLE EFFORT.

Tamable using fish baskets from aberration. They attack the baskets once placed. It is a good strategy to pen then in with fence foundations and walls, or kite them to a pen. Place your basket on the other side of the wall and catch.

A piranha is tameable in Abberation using the fish trap. It has to swim into it. Once you release it from the fish trap, it will be tamed. Great tame in packs, they can kill a good amount of low to mid level groups of players.

These things will spawn in your water pen and kill your tames if they're on passive. Make sure you have Dino's to kill them or foundations all around your pen, they've killed so many of my Icthyosaurus' it's not even funny.

I wish WildCard will make them tameable like it says in their dossier because they look pretty cool

They can be tamed using a fish basket from aberration, can provide a nice sea defence!!!

They are now tame able with a fish trap.

With the new fish baskets in abberation you can now tame these and use them as gards. You can also tame Coels but what are they going to do nibble you toes.
