So, I don't know why, but me and my sister tamed one when it got stuck under our triceratops. I think it was stuck, but we just slapped it and that tamed it. The thing is, I had spent fifteen minutes before hunting down one with my bow and hatchet that had stolen my sheild. I really hate them in the wild. They suck.

These are only found in the dungeons in mobile. You can resurrect them once you have their implant on a obelisk with a built in trap or on a revival platform with a trap and a solid amount of amber. Keep in mind, these are passive tames. Like so people can see.

Was riding through the redwoods on my thyla looking for another thyla (for breeding) and I get attacked by a 2 pegos, I try to kill them and next thing I know the game is asking me to name my new pegomastix

Make a 2x2 pen. Find a suitable pego. Put mejo berries in your last hot key slot. Stacks of 20 work better than 100. If you have a whip, use it once the pego takes the berrries from you. It'll steal every 10-15 seconds so stay next to it. If it's not stealing try whipping it or jumping around it (that seems to make them think you're running away like in the wild). Bring extra berries just in case! Soon you'll have a thief of your own to use against raiders and noobs alike.

Hint: Once tamed put on your shoulder and find a target. Then use a spyglass and whistle attack target. Rinse and repeat as needed.

To tame it on mobile it have to steal mejoberries from you

Keep putting any type of berries in last item slot for it to steal just let it hit you until tamed

If you throw it at a bush with berrys on it they will gather it for you.

And I recommend these little guys they don’t have too much of a reason to tame but they make awesome travel buddies if you have a argy but in general they remind me of one big green anole and if you don’t know what that is it’s a type of lizard . Hope you have a good one bye 🦦🦤

A pegomastax stole from me and became tamed it was weird.

Pegos can be held in the beak of an argent (press c on pc to pick them up) and they will stay in there when you dismount. Holding the pego and then running and jumping at the argents face will let it attack you and take some food. It's a bit janky but I tamed a 150 this way when my taming pen was full

There’s a lot of them near my base. I just always have berries in the last slot of my inventory. I have an army now. It’s really easy.

I learned I a quick way to tame them is have berries in your last slot and it will start tame don't know if it's bug or not

Had about 80ish mejos in my passive tame slot while out looking for a mesopithecus.... Along came the pickpocket and BAM I had "you have tamed a dino" before I had evangelised I was being stalked, fresh server so I'd say he was maybe lvl 5-15 before tame

Trap them in a pen with ur armor on and like 20 stacks of mejos. When he steals a stack from your last quick bar slot, replace it and wait for him to put the bag he stole from you away. After that, punch him to agro him to you so he doesn’t lose any taming.

Legitimate Tip : Within my knowledge ive tamed lvl 100 and under. Grab 3 stacks of 100 Mejos and keep halving them till you have individual stacks of 25 Mejos. I say 300 Mejos just to be safe but i think most of the time it only takes around 200.

Theyre mostly found at redwoods, place your taming food of your choice at the last slot of your hotbar and let them come at you and steal those berries. Also, do not put the whole stack of berries at the last slot, just put only 1 berry after another.
