A pegomastax is an actually good tame, same with Ichthyornis.

I had one steal 40 mejoberries and now I have a pet pegomastax named ugly rat because it tamed on the spot

always keep berries in your last slot, that way you can auto tame attacking pegos (bc as much as they streal valuables, all they want is food) and use them as a disposable army while away from home

Calculator needs to be updated. I just tamed a lvl 30 and it took me 1,000 mejo berries. That's on an official server with 1x taming. Says it should have been 22 berries. And crops wouldn't work on taming either.

If you encounter these in the wild, make sure you have any item in your inventory or they will maul you to death faster than I would care to admit. It could be anything from berries to a shotgun however I would not recommend the second one. Also do not put your valuables in you last hot bar a lot or they will 100% steal the last slot. I was throwing away stuff from my inventory and a pego ran at me and the for some reason it said you tamed a pegomaster and I was sitting there for five minutes like what just happened and how so I guess you can tame a pegomaster by chucking junk at it so yea that was weird

For those who are wondering it's utility this guy is mainly for multiplayer shoulder mount to steal from other players or take in group form an army and get yourself a hoed of goblin army who will rob other players blind. Not really useful for singleplayers

2.you have tamed a pegomax

I freeze my tuso, Pego steals my tuso. I try to chase him back, he steals my shotty. I finally kill him and it’s the wrong one.
