Its a all round beauty (exepct for actual looks)it carries alot, high health, does good amount of damage. The saddles for this guy doesnt even cost much I broke 2 metal rocks with anklo got more than enough metal and easy chitin if u live on beach cuz of trilobites To tame get on cliff or high health dino put full of arrows will run away when low health

Okay so ramming this is really a breeze... No Clif taming.. no other B's, just make a raft with taming pen and a ramp built from four wood ramps and the stone door frames. Drive the raft upto it ramp facing forward to the paracer and it'll be stuck... Ezy.. pzy

Tame it and gather from where itz location and you will get rar flowers

Functionally a more versatile bronto.

All-in-all the balanced stats and platform saddle make it a solid utility mount. Jack of all trades but master of none.

When unable to find an ovis or Alpha creature, these beasts are my preferred method of getting prime meat. In my experience they drop more than most animals that can drop prime meat.

Give the best amount of prime and xp when killed. Necessity in Scorched Earth with the platform saddle to gather metal efficiently.

Here is a hard but easy way to tame a paracer. Go to a high point on the ledge of the tall rock in the Swamp next to redwoods. Get lots of tranqs. It might be hard, but keep on trying. Soon the Paracer will torpor run. You can shoot it in the swamp water, just make sure its not too high. Put loads of narcotics and berries in there. Have fun with your new mount. It's saddle is cheap, so you don't have to worry. I hope this helps!

Decently worth taming good for shooting of the platform saddle also just place loads of turrets on the saddle and boom u got a moving death machine

basically an early game bronto. u can use them in raids if u want to... wouldn't recommend this though. i would use it more as a backup base in case things go wrong.

This giant swamp thriving war giraffe is an absolute tank when tamed. You can use it to safely cross swamps, bulldoze a lot of different creatures and it can even be used as a portable base or maybe even a

ballista mount. Kinda like a small bronto that doesn’t lay eggs.

You can find these guys chilling around and in the swamp and redwoods on the island. So long as you evade all the crocodiles, snakes, carnos, the occasional Rex, you shouldn’t have an issue locating and taming your mobile base/turrets of death.

Whoever said only Rex will aggro is wrong a 178 ravager came along andRUINED my taming effectiveness

It’s amazing for prime meat

I’ve used it to a my lvl 200 raptor u can get anywhere from 3 to 7 prime with a PRIMITIVE Metal pick

So I just use em for the prime

To all people saying this is a great source of prime, I disagree, the diplodocus is. The diplodocus lives in safer areas then the areas the hornless rhino does, the diplodocus can’t do damage and has a weak spot, and while killing diplodocus you don’t have to worry about a kaprosuchus jumping you and dragging you to sarcosuchus.

They're a really good source of prime, just use a strong tame like therizino, Rex, spino, etc and they're very common too!

Only platform dino out for aberration, so it's a must use there.

tapejaras are GREAT for taming anything in the redwoods: allos, rexes, paracers, carnos, etc. just grab a longneck & tranq darts/shocking tranq darts (or tranq arrows if that’s your thing) and aggro the dino you’re taming. fly onto the nearest tree and land. fire tranqs down onto their head & you’ve got an easy KO. pro tip for anyone using godmode: pop some narcotics into whatever you’re taming, set the speed at 25% so the torpor drains super slow & spam the level up target button until their food is less than halfway depleted (it drains super fast when leveling up). just keep an eye on their torpor. you may have to pop a few more narcotics into them every 80 lvls or so, but if you give them 20 narcotics off the bat along with 25% speed, it’ll take a while for all 20 to be applied! i’ve tamed 600-700 lvl creatures with this starve tame method and they only need 1-2 kibbles most of the time. happy taming :D

Using a pelagornis, I stored hundreds of polymer into this thing’s inv. It’s a great way to farm polymer, just beware of Rexes!
